I'm currently relocating from herts to the Leeds area and I have to say, the service from blue thus far has been absolutely fantastic. Both Dan and Gill have been exceptionally friendly and helpful all the way through. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue to anyone seeking property in the Leeds/Bradford area.

Blue Residential have been outstanding throughout our experience of moving into our new property. I would highly recommend anyone looking to use Blue Residential in the future. Finally I'd like to say a big thank you for all of the ongoing hard work from all involved.

Blue residential have been amazing since I lived into my property which is rented by them. Iv had a few issues with plumbing and heating and they have sorted it asap. Also the whole process of applying for the property was quick, easy and the best experience Iv had with estate agents. Would highly recommend!

The whole team at Blue residential has been excellent. They were very pleasant to communicate with and gave quick, helpful responses. The team worked really hard, speedily and efficiently to get me into this flat as I needed a quick move. Nothing was too much trouble, they accepted every request I made and were all very pleasant, friendly and sincere. They got through the paperwork and references in double quick time and I was able to move in within a week of viewing the fat. I have dealt with a few estate agents for rentals recently and Blue Residential were by far the best.

I have used Blue for many years and have always found them exceptional. Recently they have taken on a property of mine and let it. Jayne has been very helpful as always. Dan has been brilliant, arranging repairs at the property, showing prospective tenants around, securing a tenant and keeping me up to date of everything. I would absolutely recommend Blue!

From start to finish Jane and the rest of the team were very helpful and very accommodating to any queries I had, always touching base just to see how things were. Even after picking my keys up on the day of completing the aftercare was excellent as I was struggling with a few things. Jane, Jill and Dan were there on hand to help. Blue Residential have proven time and time again to be a professional, friendly, and approachable company. The process of moving is always stressful, but much less so by knowing you have found the right agent. Blue Residential kept a significant chunk of my deposit for petty reasons despite acknowledging that we had looked after the property during our tenancy. (We also cleaned it to a higher standard than it was when we moved in.) Nonetheless, I didn't question it as i just wanted my deposit back quickly - it had already taken several weeks for them to even tell me how much I'd be getting back. However, it took many more weeks for the money to be returned to me - I was a few days away from taking it to small claims court. Thankfully they returned the money before it got to that stage.

The person I spoke to didn't acknowledge my frustration and every time i spoke to Blue Residential they'd merely tell me that I'd get my refund back 'in a few days', but when I'd phone back a few days later without my refund, I'd be told it would be another few days. This continued for several weeks. I think you should AVOID Blue Residential as this was a stressful and frustrating experience.

Shocking, had to leave our tenancy early due to events out of our hands that could have led to health and safety issues and we were seemingly penalised for it. Originally quoted around 200 for leaving early, this were later upped to 475, two weeks before we were due to hand the keys in. even though they took 480.! Couldn't believe it. The person I spoke to in the office didn't know the correct price and corrected herself twice. quoting 400 to begin with. leaving us short for renting another house and hard up money-wise.

Didn't help or advice in the slightest but just said "take it up with the landlord" Feels like we have been made an example of only because we left our tenancy early due to my partner being pregnant, that could have lead to fall risks on steep stairs, so we had no other option.

I have had my property (a small flat) let and managed by Blue Residential for three years now. In that time I have had nothing but fantastic service. Any problems that have arisen have been dealt with very quickly and with little fuss. This has been both to the benefit of me and my tenant. I have had the same tenant for three years and they are equally happy with the service they have provided, which is probably why they have stayed a tenant for so long.

As they fully manage my flat, they have fixed any issues or faults that have cropped up but they have always consulted me and advised the best course of action to take. I would not hesitate in recommending them. I have also posted similar feelings on other review sites.
