This is one of the best Regus locations I've been to. It is bright, quiet, clean, centrally-located, and the staff is extremely helpful. Mike at the front desk, in particular, was very helpful and friendly, and made me feel welcomed at the space on my 2-day visit. I would highly recommend this space to others looking for a D.C. workspace.

The perfect meeting room space in SF.stunning views. Close to Ferry Building and various public transportation options. Offers plenty of parking around the area. Meeting rooms and offices available by the hour, 1/2 day or full day. (Building has security at each tower.guests need to show ID & register)

Matt is absolutely horrible. we have had 13 locations month to month. He makes a mistake with 6 month contract and refuses to make it right. Even though another regional manager who helped set up all our locations sent him multiple emails that in fact it was a mistake he still refuses to make adjustments. Matt will do anything and say anything to bully you into more money and or wrong agreements. Beware what you sign is not necessarily what you will get. I'm really surprised Regus thinks he is a good representation of their company.
All he had to do was cancel the agreement and adjust the difference in monthly for month to month rather than a 6 months which we did not agree to and end this. Yet he thinks that pushing customers around is more beneficial. He obviously knows nothing about customer care or support. You have been warned

Love the regus ONE Market St Awesome Staff. They are Very helpful and Awesome when it comes to my business needs. The view is of course Awesome! I love the advantage of the 7th Floor Deck! The Appearance of the center is super professional and everything is Clean! You have to visit this Office Shared Space and it is not just because of the View, that is a bonus!

Honestly? This office and its staff are incredible. The views are top-notch. The building is one of the best in downtown San Francisco (and I've visited most). The staff are serious about their work and professional, but are very friendly and will get to know you as a person. Not to mention the office is quite accessible from other areas of the Bay by public transit: a half-block from the Embarcadero BART, one block from the Ferry Building, 5 minute walk to the Transbay Bus Terminal and casual carpools. Great for both temporary and long-term office rentals, or even just for a conference room. LOVE IT. Highly recommend.

Amanda, Todd, Karen Rolando and all the staff at Regus, One Market Plaza, in San Francisco, are the best! They have worked with my company to ensure we receive the highest service whenever we use this location. Recently I needed a last minute change on a conference room and they were able to adapt to my needs and switch me to a more appropriate sized room. It was such a relief to know I could count on them in a tough spot! Kudos to the team! 5 stars is not enough to express my gratitude! Harlan

I have been utilizing the Regus facility at One Market since 2006. Regus, including this facility on the 36th floor offer everything that a small professional business owner might need. You can have services ranging from just an address, cafe and business lounge all the way up to an office five days a week overlooking the SF bay. You get to choose what services you need vs taking on a sub lease and dealing with all the headaches that come with an office. Regus take scare of everything. Copier, printer, phone lines, internet, cafe, cleaning, etc. I get to focus on growing my business and not being an office manager. Great way to go!

I have been working at the One Market Spear Tower Regus office for 2 1/2 years. Here's what I like about the office: - friendly and knowledgeable on-site staff and reception team - professional appearance and atmosphere of the center - added value of the large common areas and business lounge - ease of booking onsite meeting rooms and day offices when needed - Pay-as-you-go Administrative Services for when you need them - ease of doing business because of our onsite Ricoh copier, FedEx, USPS postage, and overnight Staples delivery - ease of moving into a Regus Office because of the fully furnished offices, ready to go internet and phone, as well as break-out spaces like the business lounge and meeting rooms Of course as mentioned already, you can't beat the great views or location. Also the YMCA is just a block away to get in your lunch hour work-out! I feel like the Regus team here is part of my team!

The breathtaking views of the SF Bay from the large, modern conference room make a lasting impression with my clients. Regus staff is friendly and efficient with a helpful "can do" attitude. It's great to be able to save some $$ on shared workspace while receiving premium service from Regus. Highly recommend!

The One Market Team is friendly and responsive. I've seen them from the perspective of an outsider when I first came to interview with my company--the front desk staff was welcoming and kept me occupied in conversation until my interviewer emerged. After being hired, I saw the staff from the inside perspective and they are just as warm and helpful. It's comforting to know that your visitors will be taken care of by the One Market staff. Also, the sweeping views of the bay don't hurt.

I work at a large company with large offices an hour commute outside of San Francisco, we have employees and customers close to the office, so this was a perfect way to keep our San Francisco location and amenities without the cost. We used to have a dedicated office manager, conference rooms, and kitchen that all cost too much for the frequency they were being used. Regus has been a great way for us to cut costs but keep the services needed for our employees and image needed for customers.

I've been to a lot of the Regus offices, but the office and team at One Market are far and away the best. Friendly team, great offices with nice light, a large business lounge with amazing views of the Bay, and a clean kitchen stocked with premium coffee and tea. And having the option to use their offices around the world as a RegusGOLD member definitely pays off for those who travel frequently. Definitely recommend!

I think it is funny when people write reviews. You really wonder who they are? Are they paying the bills? Are they the ones that signed for the space and should have read the terms? Anyway, I am the proud owner of my business and signed for a lease with Regus at 795 Folsom a little over two years ago. When I was first presented with this option, I thought that YES it was a more expensive option than what I was finding on the open market HOWEVER after talking with my broker and looking at at least a dozen other office spaces I realized that the Regus option was actually a pretty good deal.
I don't have to manage my space, stock my kitchen, hire a receptionist or admin for a salary. When a bulb goes out or I need the temp changed in my office, I just call the front desk. The 3 ladies that work here are great. Always able to help me out with anything I need BUT at the same time they don't BS. They have a business to run and therefore, they keep an eye out for the best deal for both me and their company.
I started out as a 1 man show here and now have almost 20 people on site. As long as I can, I will remain here at Regus - just for the convenience of it all. As for anyone that talks about the nickel and dime thing - just read the terms and conditions and like in any lease ASK QUESTIONS! I talked to the girl who signed me up for an hour about all the additional line items that there could be and she was completely upfront.
Come on people - do your homework and read your lease! If you need space and need flexibility or are just lazy and don't want to have to worry about the day to day BS that it takes to run an office - then I fully recommend Regus!
