I have worked with Michael Steel & Co for over 25 years and have always known them to be extremely professional and client focused. They are particularly good at communicating with you as a purchaser or a vendor of property and I would recommend them without hesitation for any property transaction both in terms of valuation or agency.

KEEP AWAY from these guys. SO SERIOUS that you will NOT believe it. You would expect them to be open, honest & transparent. BUT - NO. Twice I have experienced this with them, & caught out their lies on 1 occasion. They have a decent property to market, they buy it for themselves under cover & keep telling you and me, it's sold, straight away. But in reality it's them buying it.

They tell vendor, no interest etc I just happened to speak to the vendor - year later and asked him, why it took him so long to sell, what these lot were marketing, he told me it wasn't selling in the end steel bought it, and I know when I was ringing them to buy this, they kept saying sorry its in pipeline, a big well off party from the area are buying it. AND NOW its happened again On another property. Keep away
