Letting Your Property Report

Advise on the preparation of your property to ensure we achieve it's maximum letting potential. Record all individual preferences, re smokers, pets etc. Access our comprehensive database to examine similar properties comparable in terms of size, location, and rental income. Find the ideal tenant 'match' for your property from either our extensive list of private and corporate clients, via our web site, or through local advertising. Conduct viewings and obtain suitable references and background information on prospective tenants.

Termination of Tenancy Report

Conduct final inspection of the property, assess inventories, and agree any necessary deductions from the Tenant's deposit to cover damaged/missing items. We do not charge any set-up, or registration fees. An annual charge of 100 shall be deducted from your first month's rental payment to cover all initial and future administration costs associated with the management of your property.

Instructions to Manage Report

Send the form to us and we'll be in touch as soon as possible(as the form must be signed, it cannot be sent electronically). I/we hereby solely authorise Letting Direct to act on my/our behalf to let and manage the above property which I/we own.

Tenant Application Form Report

We require a current salary slip, bank statement or written bank reference confirming that you can afford the relevant monthly rental figure. I hereby accept and agree to abide by Letting Direct's stipulated "Tenant Terms and Conditions", and agree to the release of any relevant personal details to the appropriate Utility Providers, Council Tax offices, and credit referencing/debt collection agencies.

Hello I'm unhappy with the agency for me they are rood and they are not same with every one customer.person who I know get a flat with no paper work at all, I was send all of the type paper work to the agency for 1 bed flat who was in verry bad condition. After my first visit the women was kind and said like I get the flat I stop looking for flat after 3 days and lot of paper work they cancel my application without professional explanation!

The properties who you gona find in the agency are damaged and are verry old dont waist your time if you are not english person you are not gonna get a flat from them waiting of time!

When I showed an interest in the property I finally secured, Julie ensured my viewing went well and in a very efficient and friendly manner. When I then had some serious problems with the landlord of said property, Julie and her team were on hand straight away to try to sort things out with the landlord to avoid any confrontation and bad feeling. As a letting agent I would say they will go above and beyond if and when required. Would have no hesitation in recommending Lettings Direct as a letting agency.

Great agent, I rented from them for around a year, during which time I had some financial trouble which resulted in rent being slightly late on a couple of occasions. Most agents would've been continually harrassing me during this time but LD were very understanding. Property was immaculate when I moved in and the few concerns I had were dealt with very promptly. Namely, they were the only letting agent of the 5 or so I've had which actually treated their tenants pleasantly and with respect, when most others gave me the impression of being run by landlords for landlords, treating tenants as inconveniences rather than customers.(Looking at you A&S, PPS)

The owners Gary and Julie deserve no stars. No customer care or communication/ clarity of process involved in letting their property was given. Their actions contradict their business website bio. And in our case they violated the Agents code of Practice several times over. They terminated our lease agreement on the day we were supposed to move leaving us homeless. There was no after care or follow up to see how we were doing it was a cold drop. Really poor service all round and we are not the only ones that have had this experience.
