I have rented with Forth Property Management for four years now and I have had an amazing experience. Tiantian and Blair are incredibly efficient and supportive and have made my renting experience truly incredible. I cannot recommend this agency enough!

I cannot recommend Forth Property Management highly enough! I have been a tenant in an Edinburgh property they manage for several years and have only ever had positive experiences. It is clear that they proficiently support and serve landlords and tenants alike. They have been professional and very responsive throughout the tenancy and have a trustworthy team of engineers to call on when matters arise. Anytime we had an issue with the property they worked to resolve it swiftly and with consideration for us, the tenants. Needless to say, I am sad to be moving on from the property managed by Blair and Tiantian, undoubtedly the most reliable and genuine property managers I have experienced or heard of in Edinburgh. I have had such a positive experience working with them and I cannot fault the service I received.

Highly recommend Forth Property Management! This is by far the best renting experience we've had with property managers. Blair and Tiantian have been super responsive and communicative from the start through the end of our tenancy. Any time we had questions, they would be incredibly helpful. They'd also give us a BIG heads up for any routine gas/electric safety checks that needed to be done, leaving us plenty of time to plan.

They were also very accommodating and flexible with requests we might have had, doing whatever they could to ensure a pleasant stay and tenancy. We didn't experience any problems or issues with the flat or the business. If we didn't have to leave Edinburgh for external reasons, we would have gladly continued staying on (only with Forth Property Management though). Thank you for everything, Tiantian and Blair -- we will miss you both massively!

Brilliant agency who were a pleasure to deal with. Rented a central Edinburgh property from them for 7 years and one of the main reasons I stayed so long was due to the friendly and professional service I received from Forth. On the rare occassions when there was an issue with the property, such as repairs needing arranged, they were always very quick to sort things out.

This is a small family run business, and Blair and Tiantian's dedication and care towards their clients really shines through. If you ever need to rent a property in Edinburgh, I would highly recommend Forth.

I rented a flat with forth for 6 years in Edinburgh (which I've sadly had to leave due to change in circumstance). In my many years of renting it's by far the best experience I've had with a company. They always kept rent fair and nothing was every too much for the team, they were always quick to resolve any issues which arose or to respond when contacted. You won't find a better agency and as they are a small family owned business you always feel like you get that extra personal touch you won't receive elsewhere.
