I previously rent a flat with Alba residential then Braemore took over. Lived in the property for nearly 5 years with a perfect inspection each time and no complaints. We reported various issues - cooker broken, blinds broken, flooded downstairs neighbour, mouldy bathroom floors, cracked walls and window area, carpet moths. All of these reported and Braemore took WEEKS to deal with these issues.
When it came to moving out they decided to try charged us £500 for cleaning! What a JOKE. Funny they use their own company Lomond to do the cleaning yet a full flat clean from other companies is £100-£150 tops how convenient! On final inspection day to move out we were stopped hoovering and not allowed to continue. They also came back with rubbish about the property that the property manager was copied into all the emails so that again is ridiculous.
All in all not good service and a joke. Surely if every single flat inspection is perfect 10/10 then all of a sudden it's a dump and needs repaired and cleaned. Do not use Braemore they are useless.

Have been phoning Braemore since February 2012 chasing a repair. Not once have they picked up the phone to update me, I have to chase them weekly. You get told different information every time you call. Struggle to collect your direct debit. Complete lack of customer care and customer service. Wish I had never rented with them. Useless.
