Lived at 46 Reform Street for 2 years, during which Jamal and his team were professional and accommodating. Any issues that arose were solved quickly and I would recommend Jamal Property World to students in the area.

Flat on Dudhope Street was very spacious with great sized rooms and plenty of storage space. Flat was kitted out with the standard stuff which lasted brilliantly throughout our two year stay. On the rare occasion anything did break the team were responsive and handled the situation well. I would highly recommend Jamal as his hassle free and laid back experience really sets him and his team apart from the competition.

Best landlord I had during my time in Dundee. No issues, repairs carried out within one day of reporting them, and our full deposit was given back after moving out.

I have loved being with Jamal Property World. I lived down Coutties Wynd ( which at first sight seemed like a dodgy alleyway) but have never felt safer with security lights, a camera doorbell and double lock front door. If anything was every fault or needed replaced, including a light bulb Mr Jamal and his team always were round to fix whatever we needed extremely quickly.

I can genuinely say I loved living there, and having Jamal as a landlord. Nothing ever seemed too big of a problem and I am really going to miss having such a good landlord and lovely flat. Thank you Jamal and Team for everything over the past two years! No. 27 :)

I am an international student in Dundee. I am staying at one of the Jamal Property World renting. I would highly recommend this because they are providing the best services in Dundee. We had issues 2 times. They got it fixed within a day. Shaheed is a very nice person. He will always make sure the experience of students is better. They are by far the best letting services I have ever experienced. For those who are willing to move to Dundee (especially students) Jamal Property World is the best choice. I rented from Jamal for one year. Any issues with the flat were sorted within 2 days. We weren't happy with our mattresses and he had new ones delivered free of charge the following day. The rent was very fair and the guy at reception is the most down to earth guy. If I ever need a place in Dundee again, ill know where to look first.

I've been renting with Jamal for 3 years in two different properties. The standard of the properties are always excellent at a fantastic price, and if there are are any issues they are always solved in a prompt and reasonable manner. Shaheed is an understanding and fair landlord. Fantastic communication and accommodating with regards to requests - we were able to receive new mattresses with no charge whenever we moved into one of the properties. Deposits were sorted and sent to us within several days of us moving out of a property.

Office is very friendly and helpful. Repairs have been prompt. Only due to me moving away from Dundee I've had to stop renting with him - Would recommend for a trustworthy and reliable landlord.

We've rented from Jamal property for 2 years with no issues what so ever. He was always very quick to fix any problems and very helpful whenever we went into the office for anything. We are only moving out because we have graduated otherwise we would have stayed longer. We got our full deposits back within one week of leaving and he gave us lovely references for our new flats which was really helpful. Great landlord!

I have rented with Jamal Property World for four years throughout my university course, living in different properties. The properties I rented were all very central and close to the University of Dundee. Each residence comfortable and kept to a high standard. Renting from Jamal Property Worlds was an easy experience. Both Shaheed and Nadeem are very friendly and professional.

Respect went both ways, as while I made sure I looked after their properties when I lived in them, they were always happy to sort out any of my problems as quickly as possible. I fully recommend to any student leaving halls.
