Think before renting a property from them. The flat I got was a complete dump. The cooker was dangerously wired in, I got an electrician to fix multiple problems in the flat, he said one wrong move with the cooker could have been fatal. The properties seem okay at first glance, but it's when you're in there the problems start. Things fall to pieces and electricals are dangerous.
They will not come to fix any issues you have which is disgraceful, however are quick on the phone whenever it comes to rent. I did not receive my deposit back. I did notice the property I was renting back on the website and a price hike in the rent.why? Because I made it livable? You're a disgrace of a letting agent. Get a grip!

Disgusting properties and very unsafe properties. No deposit back Threatening manner when wanting their rent money when you're only running an hour late. The hypocrisy.as they're no where to be seen when you need something that breaches health and safety in the flat fixed. Bunch of incompetent liars run this absolute farce. One particular "letting agent" Careful and do not decorate the houses you're renting from them as they will not give you your deposit back and when you move out increase the rent making out it was them who decorated it.

Never NEVER rent from Burnside Properties in Dundee! They are absolute sharks who cannot be trusted! They have awful staff who threaten with scare tactics, and don't explain their legal documentation where they advertise a property with a monthly rate, and when you sign the lease the small print says 4 weekly meaning you pay far more than what was advertised! Shocking company!
