Reported issues with the flat on numerous occasions, took weeks for trades to he arranged and then no actions to be taken. Was there just shy of a year and my bathroom was never repaired, this damage being and issue from even before my tenancy started. I was then fined for damage which we had not caused to other parts of the flat and for light bulbs for lamps which had been hidden away in cupboards from previous tenants which we had never even seen before let alone used. A very poor service, staff attitude seemed to be solely on pointing blame, relucance to accept responsibility and making money out of tenants, I was very disappointed.

The worst agency ever. After 2 years and 6 months They make the right calculation to make sure they don't have to give anything from deposit back. From 1045 Jill "help" me to get 37 back. I don't recommend them. stay away from Perthshire property services.

A complete and utter joke of an agency, viewed a flat and paid deposit on the same day, was then told they need all documents etc within 7 days which was no problem, had some trouble getting everything but had everything by the 7th day, went along to the office to find out it's closed for the next two days for 'staff training' which they failed to tell us about!

So went back in after the two days and handed everything in they then tell us we need to do a credit check which is an additional cost of 50 on top of the deposit which they also failed to mention at the flat viewing, credit check is done then they tell us we need a guarantor aswell as 2 applicants for the flat, this is now a week after we have handed in all documents and still not any further than we were in the first place, so we get the guarantor and they say they need one bank statement from the guarantor which we provide then again days later they tell us in fact they need 3 statements, this is now a week and a half after we have handed everything in and we're about to be homeless, so after finally being happy with everything they have they then tell us we are no longer getting the flat because of a reference being pulled out at the last minute for one of the applicants, I phone them and ask if there's any way we can get another reference as we are literally about to be homeless and they say they will phone me back and let me know, no phone calls the entire day so I call back and they say the deposit is being refunded to me, so not only have they not bothered to phone back they didn't even check if there was anything else that could have been done!

So we're now having to find somewhere to stay temporarily all because of these useless idiots! DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY, can't warn anyone enough about how unprofessional and dim witted these people are at this agency, would recommend anything else apart from these guys in Perth!

One week into our tenancy we are very impressed withe efficiency, professionalism and friendly assistance provided by PPS. Information was supplied in advance of signing the various documents and all e mail enquiries, regardless of how trivial, have been promptly dealt with. So far so good.

After having some horrific experiences with letting agencies in the past it's refreshing to find an agency who not only replies to emails and phone call enquiries in good time, but also makes it quick and easy to get moved into a property. Not expecting any issues in having problems with my property resolved.

My partner and I have been settled in our flat for over 6 months now, very happy with the service that has been provided from the beginning of our application until present. Staff are friendly and are great at dealing with any repairs, always done as quick as possible. If you are looking for a property to rent we would advise choosing this agent as we cannot fault the company and their staff.

Simple application process, staff are very helpful and keen to assist with any problems that occur. Now happily settled in our new home! Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to rent in Perth!

We have been in this flat for nearly 25 years. PPS took over as the agents. We have been well looked after. Repairs sorted quickly. We will miss Fiona who has left now, but find the team, as a whole very pro active.
