Front desk lady was rude and so was the agent I dealt with when I came in the office 3 different times.

So far, I have been very happy with Re Max/White Glove. I got moved into a house very quickly when I was at my wit's end, and every service order I've put in has been handled very quickly so far.

Won't fix anything on rental unless you remind them every week that it didn't get fixed. Waited since January for smoke detectors to be re-installed. It's July, still not done. Don't expect help if you have a life changing event like your kid having cancer and fighting for his life. They will just tell you your late on rent if you try to split rent in half and receptionests for Jeanne Rock is up most rude, disrespectful and has no people skills. Jeanne is only one in office that is worth talking to but hard to reach as she's a busy woman.

If you have to use them talk with Jeanne, and keep copies of papers and emails. Receptionists will tell you one thing then deny she ever said anything. Took them 5 months to replace front door, Jeanne had approved for it to be replaced and receptionists told repair guy no to just make what was there work. Overall would not rent again through them. They are not setup to handle rentals.
