Very happy with their service. We'd previously been with one of the large Edinburgh letting agencies, where we were frequently ignored and felt like a nuisance. Our time with Craigflower was much better as they were responsive to anything we raised and very polite. They treated us less like a number and more like actual humans. If it wasn't for the fact that we bought a house, we would have tried to stay renting with them.

It is a pleasure for me to recommend Craigflower Lettings. I found this company to be really friendly, helpful on all levels and extremely professional. Our bunch from TipTop Renovator has been working with Craigflower Lettings for 2 years and we found them as a great and a very efficient team. Angus King is courteous and professional and nothing is too much trouble for him.

This is one of those letting agencies in Edinburgh who respond quickly when you are wanting to view a property and then you turn up to find another 15-20 people there. You then have to register your interest to which you get the old faithful 'We will get back to you ASAP'. This process is fine in principle but so many of these agencies never let you know if you have been unsuccessful which is think is very rude.
Finding somewhere to live in Edinburgh is a stressful process due to the high demand, and one would think that these agencies would recognise that stress and actually act accordingly. Fair enough my application may not be what the landlord wants and that is fine, but at least have the decency to let me know so that I can cross the property off my list.
I phoned two days after my application to find out the outcome and I got told 'We'll be in touch' and then 2 days later I sent an email to which I got no response. This kind of attitude always puts me off looking at further properties with a particular agency as it indicates a lack of consideration towards tenants and raises concern for their response time in the event of a problem with a property.
