Twelve Trees

If you're a landlord letting a property I strongly recommend considering other agencies before starting a bad-taste-in-your-mouth-relationship with your new tenants by using Twelve Trees. Very little is done in accommodating needs of prospective viewers and this agency has definitely not moved with the times and adopted more modern ways of arranging viewings (online viewings for example).

Their ability to add a concise and clear description of a property, and the pre-requisites of renting, is also below a level of representation I'd be comfortable with. Finally, contacting them is difficult when using the details found on sites like Rightmove and Zoopla and only when a mobile phone number is found on their site can you expect an answer. Please, represent yourself the way deserve by not letting your properties via Twelve Trees.

Absolutely terrible management company. I deal with many management companies and this is hands down the worst I have worked with. Louise and her team never reply to emails or phone calls. never provide record of accounts when asked for. never answer simple questions. I am now looking to buy my freehold with other residents

1.jan29 th I received a phone call to say my account was in arrears.i paid by building society cheque, 6 months in advance!. This was posted 15th December No apology Was told most people pay by direct debit. I have a choice how I pay.at least I do pay 2. Received a letter re meeting, my name on letter heading But said hello xxxx a mans name! What on Earth goes on in this office In my job I would have been dismissed
