Found a really nice property through Sarah Kenny. Staff are incredibly nice and efficient. Recently our washing machine broke and I rang them up in the morning and it was fixed by the afternoon. Very happy with this agency. We love our new home, thank you!

As a landlord, Sarah Kenny have managed my Clifton property for around 15 years. Always efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating for my requirements. In particular a mention to Hayley and Rebecca, who most recently aided in managing a small renovation project and subsequent letting out of the property. Seamless and great communication. When living abroad, your property in a safe pair of hands is paramount.

I very recently rented an one bedroom flat in BS2 area. Their team was very helpful so that my moving in to be as quick as possible. My experience with Sarah Kenny Residential Lettings is definitely positive.

The whole process of finding a property and getting the paperwork sorted to moving in has been so easy and the wonderful team have been so helpful every step of the way! My Wife and I have managed to let a Flat through Sarah Kenny Residental Lettings in the heart of the clifton villiage, the location is great and the service is awesome. The staff is very friendly and was very quick to act when it came to repairing the damages or responding to upgrade inquries. The key's we're handed over very quickly along with a small welcoming gift. We are highly satisfied with the service and can wholeheartedly recommend the services supplied!

My partner and managed to secure a property through Sarah Kenny earlier this month, and it has been a great experience. The property has been newly renovated and we had a couple of questions about the appliances, and they were able to send contractors in within the day to help us, and the contractor they sent was really lovely. The team are efficient and prompt and made us feel very welcome. A great experience, would recommend to everyone.

We found a lovely rental property through Sarah Kenny and just moved in this week. Once the landlord approval process had been completed, the staff were all helpful and keeping us informed about the next steps, and helping to set everything up for the move in day, which under the current circumstances is very welcome. The only area I would suggest it can be even better, is if your application is handles by one dedicated agent, I have had various contact with the whole team I think ( who were all very nice). Overall very good

Sarah Kenney was so easy to work with and super friendly. I relocated to Bristol, UK, from USA, and the agency made my move so much simpler & smoother. They were super responsive in our email communication, professional yet friendly conversations, and provided me all necessary information to obtain my 1-bedroom apartment. When I arrived in the UK to pick up my keys they were super nice at the office and provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gift (And left a surprise second bottle in my fridge at my apartment!). It was a nice surprise for starting my new home here. Will definitely work with each member of the agency again.
