THE WORST AGENCY IN UK! I defiantly agree with all the bad reviews and I deeply regret renting from Terry Olpin. Have been living in their St. Nicholas flat and it was a nightmare. Their property is horrible, old, cold and damp. It is a disgusting dirty falling-apart house with old windows and rats included. Every day there is something new which needs to be fixed. Desperately tried to chase them but they don't care about anything.
They recently changed the owner but honestly I think they are more worst than the one before. Not professional at all and thieves: It was even a nightmare to get of the contract because you HAVE TO FIND someone else who will replace you unless you'll be charged of 150! And it is incredibly difficult find someone willing to move in one of their property due to the condition of the flat. So be careful with that too. I feel disgusted

Definitely I would not recommend this agency, I was living in Saint Nicholas street, the house was awful there were leaks in the kitchen and also in the living room, they never really fixed it and also we found rats in the house. Well it took them two weeks to check the house. The rats are still there.

Appalling service and disgusting dirty falling-apart house (14 Hill View, Clifton). I moved into a property managed by Olpin in 2015, moved out a year later. Had a serious leak in my bedroom which was so damp (click on my name to see photos) that after a few months of sleeping in there I got asthma. I didn't pay rent for a while because it was actually that bad.
The damp was never sorted properly, they simply said they 'fixed' it, painted over it and made me pay rent again. They actually told me it was my fault it was still damp because I refused to have the heating on full blast 24/7. As a result my mattress became a festering mould cesspit (see photos). Asked agency/landlord multiple times for reimbursement but was ignored. So I highly recommend never using this agency. Overall, shocking and shameful.

Deeply regret renting from Terry Olpin. Rented Flat 2, 19-21 The Mall, Clifton, last academic year. The place was a mess. It had never been cleaned after the previous residents left, every surface was sticky, and there was an assortment of items left, including cans of food and a chair that violates fire safety regulations. We also could not move in for a week as they failed to kick out the previous tenants. Charged 80 for a window latch that costs 20 at the most. Appliances old and grotty - freezer would not shut properly causing a buildup of ice, and we eventually had to throw all the food away. Curtains mouldy, etc. They neglected to cancel the previous energy contract, leaving us paying twice the required amount. It took a whole year to sort it out. Please avoid these people.

They need to updat etheir contact info. It has been 3 months since I have last paid my bills, I have tried contacting them on many occasions to see whats happening and why their isn't a direct debit or anything like that. When i try to contact them via their website I get sent to an internal error page and when I ring them It rings to 'Call Failed' I think it's time to search for somewhere else to live.
