I have been so so happy with Jackson Grundy in helping me to sell my house. I had actually found a new house and needed to get my house on the market as soon as possible. Ricky came and saw me in the morning and valued our house and got it on the market the same day and we had 5 viewings done by the end of that day with 2 offers. Ricky had worked so hard to get in touch with potential buyers and to get them in to view asap and was doing viewing after viewing that day, he really worked hard and got us what we needed which was a quick sale to the right buyer.

I then worked closely with Becky who liaised between us, our solicitors, our buyers and their solicitors which took a lot of the stress out of my hands. I did not have to chase Becky once, she was always on top of the situation and knew exactly what was going on and regularly kept me updated, which really helped the process to run smoothly. She was fantastic and I was so impressed at her attention to detail and willingness to make the move happen without the stress.

I really could not fault Becky or Ricky. I would highly recommend them both and would 100% recommend Jackson Grundy to any of my friends or family. I would not look anywhere else if I needed to sell my house again.

JG's 'Village Agency' acted for our sale and purchase during the pandemic. Angela and Alex 's speed and efficiency in getting our property marketed, sale/purchase agreed and all completed along with good communications throughout was impressive and the reason I have used the agency many times over the years.

We recently purchased a new home in Bugbrooke that was being marketed by Jackson Grundy. Moving house is always a daunting prospect, but our move was made significantly easier thanks to the pro-activity of Jackson Grundy. The team were chasing the solicitors up and down the chain on a regular basis making sure everyone was aligning. This made sure we moved on the planned day. Special thanks needs to go to Angela Edington who was a total star. When the time comes to sell we know who we will be using.

Friendly, professional service from both Angela at the Village Agency who sold our house in record time and Sarah in the Duston office when we bought a bungalow fraught with problems - both went above and beyond to help and assist in any way they could - would highly recommend.

It has been a rollercoaster ride full of rants and tears, but Ricky has been there for me and listened to it all - always managing to calm me down and give me advice for the next step. Simply the best / we purchased and sold our property using Jackson Grundy and despite many hurdles plus lockdown second time around their patience and perseverance guided us through the ordeal - lots of hand holding being as it was the first move in 33 years and we were so pleased with everything / the team were superb especially Alex Harding in the Duston office and Sarah Clarke in the Northampton office - cheers girls

In difficult and frustrating times Jackson Grundy Duston made a big difference in the sales process. They were always transparent and very quick to respond to any queries or issues raised. Would 100% recommend

Whatever you do, don't use this letting agent to manage your house! I trusted them to look after the letting of my house whilst we were in the USA and they let it to a tenant who did not pay his bills. They let him move out and paid back his deposit without checking the bills had been paid - they did not even know which utility company the bills were with!

The house then remained vacant for 3 months before I finally employed a new agent and when she got hold of the keys and went in to look at the property there were piles of letters from Bailiffs And Summons for court appearances for non-payment of utility bills and council tax. It has taking me months trying to sort it all out and cost me a fortune in telephone calls and Jackson Grundy couldn't care less.

At first they protected the tenant and wouldn't give me new address details and then they dragged their heels in sending documents to the Bailiffs which resulted in more proceedings. Do not use this company!!
