Property Power first opened it's doors for trading in 2002 and are specialists in the letting and management of residential property in Northampton. That means we are 100% focused on letting property. I have rented through Property Power for 5 years. I have encountered a few letting agents, and property power is the best one. From beginning to the end they answered queries fast, effectively and professionally. Other professions working with them plumbers, electricians, builders were always pleasant, and always liked the offer of a cup of tea. Coming to the end of the tenancy and deposit was all treated fairly. Kept in touch throughout. Great team and would rent again from you.

I have been with the agency for just over 2 years and I have always found them to be very professional. Great communication via email and letters, and in the rare time I needed something looking or repaired in the property it was sorted very quickly and I found them very supportive. The only reason I'm leaving is due to getting a mortgage, but I couldnt recommend them enough as agency's goes they did everything you could expect and more! they have a lady named nicky who I found to be particularly helpful towards me and my family she is a credit to the business always very respectful aswell.

I've been renting through Property Power for over 2 years now and they've been hands down the best agency I've ever rented through. Whenever we've had any issue with the flat, they get it resolved immediately and they never query us about it. The workmen they use are lovely and always go out of their way to help. I genuinely couldn't recommend this agency more.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Nothing but money grabbers with no thought or care for their tenants. Rouge estate agents and Landlord documentaries were made because of companies such as this. Extremely rude staff, threatening type letters. I was forewarned buy the previous tenant as to their underhand tactics which included stealing as much of your deposit as possible for work that needed doing prior to me moving in. Mould and damp carpets throughout due to wet floor boards underneath. Resulting in clothes, drawers and mattress being thrown away.
Do yourself and certainly your children a favour by saving yourself money and a huge amount of stress and use another estate agent. Thankfully the one I'm with current is excellent.
