I recently moved to one of the properties listed by Chelton brown, the team is very helpful and the process was very smooth. They explained all the steps very clearly in advance. Due to Covid reasons, I was not able to come for viewings, they were kind enough to arrange online viewings. Very professional and thank you for the awesome service provided.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Joel took my personal details then refused to respond to my email after I registered interest in a property. This estate agent is unprofessional and has poor work ethics. If I had pre knowledge they worked this way I would never have contacted them.

I've recently become a tenant in one of the properties managed by this agent. I can say they were very helpful in explaining to me everything step by step. Every time I had any problem they answered my call and took care of the problem very quickly.

Had a fantastic experience with Chelton Brown dealing with the sale of my property. I have mainly dealt with Georgia and Mario who have been superb from the start. For the price I paid I can't fault their service. I never had to chase them at any time. I was constantly kept up to date at all stages from sale to completion. If any problem came up then Georgia was on it straight away sourcing a solution.

My partner sold his house at the same time with another agency at more than double the price and the service he received was not a patch on what mine was from Chelton Brown. Absolutely worth every penny and will thoroughly reccomend. A job well done thank you all.

Absolutely the worst estate agents we have ever used! Will never ever use again! I have rented for 5+ years and never have I experienced such a shambles in all my life! The fees are absolutely ridiculous. Endless problems with the property that we reported on the day we moved in. 8 months later. the repairs are still outstanding. Breach of confidentiality was also made by Chelton Brown. Incorrect paperwork issued and we were then told to ignore a Section 21 order that was placed on us - which was un needed as we were vacating the property on the 1st June 2016, this paperwork then stated that we needed to be out of the property by 13th July 2016, had a call from the office to apologise and to ignore the letter. The whole experience has been absolutely horrendous! I have spoken to many tenants of Chelton Brown who have all said the same thing - awful!

Absolutely the worst estate agents we have ever used!! Will never ever use again! I have rented for 5+ years and never have I experienced such a shambles in all my life! The fees are absolutely ridiculous - I had to pay £36.00 for them to give a reference to my new landlord. The whole reason we were moving out in the first place was due to the way Chelton Brown were.

The staff were rude, had an attitude when we raised issues, did not reply to emails, tried to claim that there was damage to the property by us when it was actually there before we moved in (luckily I had taken photos for evidence). Our fence blew over in the wind - this was weeks before it was rectified and then when this was the plants were all trampled on and they said we had to provide evidence that it was not us who damaged the property. Endless problems with the property that we reported on the day we moved in .. 8 months later .. the repairs are still outstanding. Reduced the rent from £825.00 PCM to £750.00 yet no repairs were completed. Ant nest infestation was a problem and we tried to sort this but the nest was under the front door step which they said we had to rectify.
