Securing an accommodation as a newcomer in the UK was a tough experience. Several Letting agents contacted were not patient to understand our peculiar situation and how we can fit in but on our first engagement with Albion Sales and Lettings Limited, it was like a problem solved and truly, our accommodation quest was put to rest, thanks to Sally- Director and Claire. 2 months down and I must say I particularly fancy your proactiveness in dealing with maintenance issues. You are really good at what you do. Your services are outstanding and it won't be out of place to say you guys are among the best in your field. Please do keep it up.

Booked a viewing for a property a week in advance, called in the morning to confirm and was told that all is going ahead. After driving 45 min one way (!) and having waited outside the property for 20 minutes, I was told that the viewing was cancelled a few days ago and the property was already taken. Quite clearly this was very disappointing and upsetting. Would definitely not recommend.

Terrible letting agency! They do not know their own property inventories inside out before inspecting, after their inspection they immediately inform Landlords of damages/ minor issues that were stated in the inventory resulting in the Tenants being victim to damage claims from the Landlord (Thankfully I kept the inventory as proof before my arrival.) They also try to take all of your deposit after you vacate. If anyone reads this review, I urge you to avoid this company at all costs. --- In response to @Sally. Yes this review is for your shambles of a company!

Albion Sales and Lettings were recommended to me 3 years ago when I needed new tenants for 1 of my properties. They have since found new tenants for my 2 other properties, all vetted and with checked references. Sally, James and Claire are friendly, helpful and professional. They provide either fully managed services or finding a tenant only. I have no hesitation in recommending them and consider myself fortunate to have them managing my investments.

Useless letting agents they make up times they have contacted you and turn up unannounced to do property viewings. They also indulge in the stupidity of the landlords when they are also overly pathetic. I would never go with this company again as they are scam artists and try to take all your deposit. They also have no idea about changes they themselves made to the property and start interrogating you about these changes as this makes it harder to sell the property to other tenants.
Also when they do viewings for people they don't even know what is your property and what actually comes with the place as they start promising your items as part of the property. Claire who does the viewings is also the most rude, arrogant and condescending person I have ever met in my life. If you have anything to discuss about what I have written here please don't hesitate to call me instead of showing how unprofessional you are and discussing my personal business I have spoken to you about on such a public domain. This only reinforces what I have written on here about what a shambles your company is!

I am the indulged/stupid/overly pathetic landlady as stated above (an unfounded accusation as you don't know me) so feel I have a right to reply. On first meeting Sally some 11 years ago now, I knew straight away she was the one to help me with my first foray into the rental market; in all that time Sally (along with her superb service) has not changed one jot.
In fact - as the saying goes - both have matured and became far better with age! But me is 'stupid' and therefore lack any cognitive functions whatsoever to make sound judgements. Due to the aforementioned cerebral complications I have supposedly been led astray and bamboozled by what I consider to be a genuine first class team of people who offer an unrivalled service of expertise, a "can do" attitude and that all important attribute - honesty. But.oh no.as a consequence of my inanity and Sally's so called indulgence in that foolishness, I have throughout the past 11 years with Albion (cue drumroll) been unwittingly scammed too; how 'overly pathetic' is me.
The person who has written the 1 star review above entered a pristine property with any issues reported during the year's tenancy immediately dealt with. On departure, the state of the property left me speechless. To mention only three areas in the main bedroom - a huge black stain on the ceiling partially covered in white gloss paint in an attempt to repair it; the en-suite so squalid that thick black mould was happily growing in abundance; and further fungus growing on the windowsill due to lack of ventilation.
No wonder you often refused entry to these rooms during quarterly checks. If a tenant refuses to lift a housekeeping finger, and instead chooses to live in the conditions described, then yes, an appropriate sum of remedial money will be deducted from the deposit. As for me, I'm returning to the Asylum for Lunatic Landladies. To enter this establishment you must display the following psychotic traits - 1: have very high standards of care and thought for both tenants and properties alike, and 2: insist on, demand in fact, that you work with a letting agency who operate under those same exacting standards and on whom you can implicitly trust. Whoops a daisy, here comes the white van.to stupidity and beyond.!
