Absolutely fantastic service! Having experienced the worst from Plush Lettings ( see my review ) who incidentally are still trading as PLS group operating from the industrial estate just outside Llanelli when I last received information) I am now reassured that there are letting agents out there who offer a professional, value for money service. Victoria is the epitome of professionalism.

Professional and responsive landlords. Any problems during my 3 years renting from them were resolved within a very quick period. All things explained thoroughly at beginning and end of tenancy. Very understanding and accommodating during the pandemic also. Very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting quality landlords. Many thanks for everything.

I was a tenant with Dragon Residential lettings for almost three years and found them to be absolutely fantastic. The staff are welcoming, helpful and professional at all times, even out of hours. For a first time renter I was relieved to see how seriously Dragon Residential lettings took matters of safety with the regular safety checks that were carried out. The property was lovely and the neighbours friendly and quiet. I would definitely recommend Dragon Residential lettings to anyone looking to rent a property.

What can I say.about Dragon residential. Great service with a smile.the team looked after me all the way with the renting of a property and opening of gas and electricity and water accounts with a property check during the tenancy. If you had any problems they are there straight away with any issues you may have. I was in a property for a year and cannot fault them even with the ending of the tenancy as it all went like clock work. I was a tenant for 2 years. Very impressed with the amicable professionalism shown across that time by the staff, who certainly took safety seriously with regular maintenance, and checks. I have to recommend the company to both tenants and landlords. Having just taken to renting in recent years this was as good as an earlier experience and better than the current, especially with regard to the attention to detail when leaving the premises - and for the benefit of the next tenant.
It is a stressful event, particularly if one is handicapped by an arm injury, but the calm, can-do approach shown by Dragon Lettings certainly lessens the load. I'd like to thank the staff and wish them good luck for the future.

Dragon Lettings has been the best letting agent I could've hoped to have. It was my first experience of renting a property and they made the whole process very easy from the start to the end of my tenancy. If I had any issues they were quick to resolve it.
