I have had dealing with home hunters for nearly 5 years.and always had a good experience, it is unfortunate some tenants put bad reviews when really not nesassary, in my experience tenants at quick to complain but slow to acknowledge the good aspects

I rented a property using homehunters and found them to be professional and helpful. They were quick to fix any problems that happened in the property and were friendly and quick dealing with my enquiries.

All was OK at first untill I saw the exterior back end of the property which I had concerns as it was untidy and would be expected to clean it or leave it in a better condition than received. Problems with damp and was told to use my own money to warm the property up in order for painting to be commenced despite the ample time they had. Electrical wiring is a problem and trying to correspond with the agent is difficult, miscommunication problems between contractors and estate agents which give the appearance of incompetents.

Stay well clear of these was going for a place with them and they are discriminating against me because of a criminal record took our money and never did a full reference check or credit check they was more interested in my criminal record which i don, t have to disclose to a letting agent there job is to see if u can afford the rent and get references from your landlord no where does it say in law that u got to disclose your criminal record they just discriminate against me so i am go to see a solicitor tomorrow and i, ve spoken to swansea city council and they said i don, t have to disclose my criminal record to a letting agent they ask which agents it was and i, ve told them the company and the person name which happen to post a review on here as well i think this company is a joke and r scamming the hell out of people like me your disgusting

Had no issues with the company whilst dealing with them over the last nine months. Friendly and professional staff who are willing to help in any way they can!

Just don't bother unless you want to be taken advantage of. The building I lived in for nearly 3 years was damp and had to have pest control out on numerous occasions for rats which are probably still there. I consider myself a clean and hygienic person and I like my living conditions to be comfortable and looked after but unfortunately the damp throughout the building is something the landlord wasn't prepared to do anything about?

I was also left without a toilet one weekend because the handyman had to leave it unplumbed as he couldn't fix it that's nothing compared to the other problems. I was asked once by one of the receptionist if I wanted to purchase drugs too, Unbelievable and totally unprofessional to say the least!

I have been dealing with homebuyers for 15 years and have always found them professional, knowledgeable and friendly, wouldn't use anyone else

This company is big joke, me and my friend left the house in a good clean condition, but left some new stuff in the house (wardrobe, desk, computer chair and chest of drawers) as we couldn't get it out from the house, yet they are charging us for this, and also charging us for painting when flat was left in good condition. Totally disappointed with this company.
