The best experience as first time renters, the staff were amazing and my landlord couldn't have been nicer. Everything was fixed in less then 48 hours of an email, and everybody was only a call away. We even personally knew the maintenance men and the person who would come and cut out grass! So sad to be moving out

MBA have been great since we moved in and were really good showing us round a few properties earlier in the year. Obviously everything has been mad with covid but they've been really attentive to any issues and suggestions we've had and only had good experiences with their staff, Sally and Richard in particular. Experienced a few horror stories renting in the past but these guys have been great so I'd definitely recommend them.

We have worked with MBA over the past 6 months capturing 3D virtual tours for over 100 of their local and well kept student properties. The organisation and communication demonstrated by MBA between their tenants, landlords and ourselves was nothing short of impeccable, which certainly reflects well on the tenants! MBA Lettings was the best agency I could have asked for. When I rented a student room from them for six monts, it was even possible to view the room from abroad, as video's had been made to show me around. The location was perfect, the property itself was in good condition and it had the exact prerequisites that I had asked for. Communication with the agents was always helpful and well-willing. Spent 2 years with MBA and cannot fault it. They were really helpful with giving us all the information to move in, move out, any inspections that were required, ensuring we had all furnishings for our house and were overall approachable and friendly. Our landlord was a generous and kind man, ensuring any broken furniture or appliances were replaced immediately and made our last 2 years at uni smooth and easy. Bills were easily sourced from their partner, UniHomes and were worry free. MBA were easy to contact and replies were almost instant and the house was clean and well taken care of. Cannot recommend MBA enough.

I have been a tenant of MBA for over three years and have been consistently impressed with their service. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, always responding very quickly to any questions. For instance, once the microwave broke down and they replaced it the next day. Even if I felt like I was asking a 'silly question', they were very approachable and never made me feel awkward.

My accommodation was in good condition and MBA arranged for the shared areas to be cleaned every fortnight which was a big bonus. I felt well looked after by MBA and was very sad to leave when my time in Sheffield came to an end. I would readily rent from them again.

Genuinely can't fault these as a letting agency! Had the best experience in my first uni house. Everything was clean on arrival and maintained really well as soon as we reported any problems. The staff here are very helpful and always willing to sort out your issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a uni house.
