Whereas, our All Inclusive package includes rent, electric, gas, water and TV Licence and is managed through Unihomes. The WiFi is free!.

Don't expect your deposit back. Seems like they're taking advantage of students who don't know any better. Awful experience with very invasive staff and an incredibly strict tenancy agreement. Customer service skills entirely lacking and had an experience similar to what other negative reviews have stated. I wouldn't be surprised if they have managed to get some bad reviews deleted like other people have said too.

We've been with Sheffield Student Property for the last two years and have had an amazing experience with them. Problems with the property have always been dealt with really quickly and efficiently by really friendly contractors who know the properties very well. Mandy and Cherise are really friendly and on the ball with everything they do! I would 100% recommend Sheffield Student Property!

I've been a student for 3 years and renting for 4 and this has been by far the most enjoyable house and service I have received. Very affordable with the option to include bills. The staff are very attentive and any issues with the property have been sorted very quickly. They also go out of their way to keep us informed about any closures to roads and other important changes that may affect us.

Coming to the last few months of my tenancy with Sheffield Student Property I have been thrilled with the experience. Although initially we had a few problems with the accommodation the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us and would often send people the next day to fix. Combined with the cheap rent and excellent communication I would recommend!

A very polite, professional and helpful service was provided by Sheffield Student Property throughout my occupation in one of their properties for 2 years. Any problems with the house itself were sorted out immediately whenever possible by reliable and friendly contractors. Very responsive email contact was maintained throughout the tenancy which meant any issues could be mitigated effectively. I would highly recommend them to any student looking for property in Sheffield.

I have been renting with Sheffield Student Property for the past year and I would happily recommend to other students. The office is always quick to reply to emails etc and quickly arrange things to be fixed by contractors when needed. The house was all freshly repainted and clean when we moved in. The office were also great about informing us when viewings were taking place.

We have rented a property with Sheffield Student Property for a total of 2 years now. We have had any problems resolved quickly including a full new roof and even new kitchen appliances. A letting agency which definitely sees the value in investing in its portfolio and not taking students for their student loan - good work!

During my final year of university I could not have asked for a better letting agent. Sheffield Student property are by far the best I have had since studying in Sheffield and I would highly recommend them to anybody. The attentiveness they have shown towards me and my house mates has been second to none. Additionally, they are more than happy to hep out with any problem we may have in a incredibly timely manner. You would be silly to not choose them!

I am a student at the University of Sheffield currently renting a six bed property. The house is good quality, spacious and well maintained. The service we receive is excellent with prompt responses to any issues we raise. Our package currently includes bills and this is very convenient.
