This company is absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Lizzie went on holiday and was still making sure the sale went through efficiently and quickly. We even received a lovely card through the post with our new house on, it’s the little things as well. So if you are thinking of renting or selling, then look no further.

AMAZING SERVICE. Lizzie was so professional and helpful when we were trying to buy our first house, she knew exactly what we wanted and sorted all the viewings out around our busy lives. Cannot recommend Pennine letting and sales enough. Friendly, professional and they provide excellent advice and support. Lizzie, Helen, Laura helped us when we were let down at the last minute by Simon Blyth when we were wishing to rent. Nothing was to much trouble and they did everything they could to provide my family with a home.
