The team were always very responsive and caring in what can be a very stressful time.

Royston and Lund were amazing from start to finish. They constantly kept me in the loop and helped me out massively with the sale. I loved how they had an online system to show scheduled viewings. Kirsty was amazing, she went above and beyond for me. She replied back to every single email within an hour, no problems (even if I felt like I was asking silly questions). The experience of buying a house has been excellent. By far the most professional estate agents that we have dealt with. We were kept in contact throughout and Gabrielle was brilliant at explaining every step of the process.

Between the offer being accepted and the final completion they were very good at understanding where everything was, and chasing when things weren't going as planned to maintain momentum.

I'd definitely consider working with Royston & Lund as a seller. Really there is nothing to complain about -- everyone was helpful and professional for me as buyer. The fact is this is a seller's market and understanding how much to bid on properties is a frustrating experience for buyers. It's clear that the agents are working in the sellers interest - but I think open bids/online auction might be a better way to go -- I imagine those who may wonder if they've overbid may well pull out before contract exchange when they get second thoughts and an open bid process might prevent these things from happening.

I would really recommend the team at the West Bridgford branch, especially Sam who managed the sale of my property in a friendly and professional manner.

From Start to finish Royston Lund were fantastic, they nailed the valuation and are clearly experts within the area. Whilst other firms were more competitively priced, I'm so pleased I went with R&L. Communication through out the process was excellent also, and the use of the sales progression dashboard was really helpful for tracking the progress. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I can't praise Samantha enough. These are tough times to be selling property, particularly when everything ground to halt during lockdown. R & L were complete professionals from start to finish and the level of communication and reporting was so much better than other agents we have dealt with. Samantha's energy, enthusiasm and tenacity made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been.

Dealing with Roystun & Lund for the purchase of my first property & cannot recommend enough, Samantha Simkins in particular ensured I understood each of my options and was extremely accommodating to the circumstances I presented to the estate agents & made a process in which I was told can be quite a lot of hassle go as smoothly as possible.

Samantha was amazing!! I wasn’t even the one using Royston & Lund but she went above and beyond! Being in a chain of 4 houses things had got pretty frustrating, there was lack of communication between other estate agents, and solicitors, until Samantha came along!!
