Not to mention the high standard and advantages of the property itself, but the agency was very professional and communicative throughout with a proper survey, debt protection, and timely notifications. Rented a 7 bed student house for a year, nearly excellent, our only negative was that maintenance requests took quite a long time, but that was from our landlord not Comfort Lettings.

Fantastic letting agent, really great experience! I've been a landlord with Comfort for over 10 years and their service really is second to none! They manage the property really well, keep me updated on any changes, have always found great tenants and their ethos (i.e. treating those renting well) is completely the right thing to do and results in happy renters and a happy landlord.

I'm happy to share and recommend my positive experience with Comfort Lettings. We have been with Comfort for 2 years now (in two different properties) and have had great service throughout our tenancies. In particular, communication skills have been a key strength of our property manager, Darius, where we get quick responses and issues sorted out without any hassle.

Our property manager Darius Small at comfort lettings, is very attentive and always quick to answer any questions we may have. He has made our transition to our new home very smooth by making sure communication with us is always a priority when needed. He never fails to address any concerns we may have and fix any problems that may develop as soon as he can and makes sure we're updated throughout.

We have recently rented a house in Nottingham from Comfort Estates and have been extremely impressed with the service received from our agent Darius Small. Darius is professional, patient, and has gone out of his way to help make this move as smooth and easy as possible, whilst ensuring that everything in the house is as it should be! This is, unfortunately, not always the case when moving to a new rental. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent in Nottingham but more so to ask for Darius who is a credit to this agency and excellent at his job.

Sophie Evans is just amazing. She has been our agent since the landlord moved the agency with Comfort and she is always very responsive, updating us in regards of anything coming up, rescheduling based on our availability etc. :

I've used comfort for around 6 years now and they have always given us a fantastic service. They are very quick to answer any questions or requests that we have had, and they have always found us good quality tenants and have let out our properties very quickly when advertised. As we look to build our portfolio and renovate some of our properties as we go along, we have had many questions which Phil has always answered with honest views and feedback and I always go to him now when we need some advice.
