I have to give a huge thank you to Claire Greensmith, Paul Sweeney and all the whole Stapleford office - they've been a pleasure to deal with from trying to find a property through to the sale of our house. Claire in particular has been meticulous in her customer service, making sure we've been kept in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for a smooth running sale.

We've had a few bumps along the way (through no fault of Robert Ellis) but the work ethic from the whole Stapleford branch has been exceptional. Communication has been amazing, if I've not been able to get in touch I can guarantee I will hear back from someone very quickly; every one involved has been incredibly personable. I don't wish to move house again any time soon but I'd stick with Robert Ellis every time and encourage anyone to use them. Thank you so much for all of your professionalism and for making our sale an easy one!

Wendy and Millie have been amazing! I am literally THE WORSE landlady! They have shown patience, support, and guidance- literally holding my hand and walking me through every step until the finish line. They have empowered me to make my own choices, without bias ( 'need gas safety on the hob- we can arrange or you can get a quote and do independently' ) Nagged me gently and politely to complete paperwork.

Most impressively, have not failed to identify extras for the tenants ('curtain rails aren't essential, but would be nice') in the full knowledge that by making both me and the Tennant happy, they are establishing the foundations of a really good relationship. All this, whilst making me feel like I am their only customer. Millie and Wendy are literally my new parents.

They have supported me, advised me, encouraged me to make my own choices, checked everything I have done, and have ensured that I cannot fail. They have been utterly awesome.

Highly recommend Millie from the Stapleford branch - she has been nothing short of brilliant for us. helping us navigate the letting process in a competitive world. She has kept us up to date throughout and been nothing but helpful and professional to every email query we've probably bombarded her with. So appreciative of the time and effort she's put in for us and would recommend seeking her out for support if looking to rent locally.

It was a long excruciating three months of viewing over 20 properties and wasn't able to secure any untill I found Robert Ellis, sincerely they looked too good to be true from the beginning because most of the properties listed on their website are actually really lovely properties. Millie was the person assigned to me on this journey and she did a fantastic job in ensuring that I secured a really nice property. I would like to say a massive thank you to Wendy West and Millie Sutton from Robert Ellis Lettings in Stapleford Nottingham. I have a couple of properties that until recently were managed by a Leading national letting agency. The service received from them was unknowingly poor. I say unknowingly because I had no experience of any other letting agency.

I decided that I would shop around to see what other letting agencies had to offer. I knew of Robert Ellis Ltd and so made an initial enquiry. I was introduced to both Wendy and Millie who came to take photos in preparation to market a flat that had just become empty. The personal service was second to none. I immediately was made to feel valued and not just another number or client.

From then on I knew I was in good hands. My flat was marketed within hours of their visit, and the public interest was phenomenal. Wendy and Millie kept in contact with me about the viewings on a daily basis along with helpful advice. I did feel like Wendy and Millie were very professional yet quite personable which was so valued and a shining example to Robert Ellis Ltd.

Unlike my previous letting agents, I feel so secure knowing that Robert Ellis Ltd will be a partner and have an honest interest in my properties and not just out to make a 'quick buck'. It's our first time renting, and Millie did our house viewing. She was so relaxed and professional and all my questions were answered and then some! I am so grateful to Amy too, because I was struggling with my application documents (first time ever filling them out) and she guided me through them and offered that reassurance that I very much needed.
