The Rental Co

I just wanna share how satisfied I am with this company. I had a smooth transition from finding a property to moving in. All the staff members were professional, courteous and compassionate.

I have been with this company for seven years, within that time I have found them to be very professional, staff are wonderful to chat to, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a viewing booked yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) to attend the property at 11.30am on Thursday. I left work and arrived at 11.25am and waited until 11.50am bit no one showed up and I needed to go back to work. Upon getting in touch TRC claim they called me on Thursday morning to check I would still be attending. (Lets bear in mind the appointment was only made less than 24hrs prior).

I was not made aware they called in the morning or I would have notified them that my network provider was changing and my phone would not be in service. Bad communication and unfortunately I will not be renting a property from them now or in the future as if this is how they treat you before you are a tenant that isn't a good sign.

We have used many management companies and I have to say The Rental Co were by far the best. They always kept us up to date, any problems they dealt with quickly and effectively, and provided a good balance between our needs and that of the tenant. I would highly recommend and thank Lesley Anne and the team for the service they have provided us.

Undoubtedly the best company through whom I've rented as a tenant in East Belfast. Very respectful and highly responsive to issues with my property and questions that I have.

Awful company! Would certainly AVOID like a plague next time!. will ignore you on problems that occur yet they come do there quarterly visits yet NOT solve the problem. yet its the Tennants fault. Advice if you do choose this company to rent. TAKE PLENTY OF VIDS AND PICS AS PROOF!

Terrible company I put an application in for a house 3 weeks later no answer. I rented off them before if anything breaks in the house they don't fix it, my boiler packed in I had a new born baby in the house they refused to fix it I had to go to my solicitor and 1 day later they had a new boiler in terrible company. There staff are so rude aswell stay clear. You will also not get your deposit back they make excuses and keep the deposit worst company about and customer service is woeful!

Will ignore you if you have a problem, won't bother helping you relocate if they are losing money on a cheaper property, they will blackmail you into signing new contracts - stay away. Do not deal with

STAY AWAY! This company does nothing to help when theres problems. Trys to pass the buck about things going wrong in the house instead of fixing problems. House turned out to be a complete death trap and unable to use the back garden due to risk of someone getting seriously injured. No fire exit due to no key for fire escape window as well as no key for the back door and when mentioned along with about 10 other issues their attitude was that cig butts left in garden is a health risk. Dont know who they are a risk too as its too dangerous to gain access to where they were dropped.

My friend and her daughters has been left in a terrible situation due to this company and how they deal with things Would love to give -10 stars but unfortunately i can only go as far as a 1 Would recommend to anyone who wants a laugh when going to view 1 of their houses

Reported several issues with property that were never dealt with. Money taken off our deposit at end of tenancy to do with issues that were reported but they did nothing about. Made us feel like we disrespected the property when in fact we made improvements to it. If we ever need to rent agin we will definitely NOT be using this company.
