This company are the managing agents for the development we live in. Their online portal is a big improvement for checking your account; however, McGuinness Fleck are an impolite and nigh on aggressive firm to deal with if you fall behind with payments or have cash flow issues for whatever reason. Constantly threaten to add ridiculous admin. fees and solicitors fees to your account even if you are agreeable to pay but just need some time. Surely the senior staff at this firm should realise that adding fees to the account of a property owner who is already behind isn't the brightest idea. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend their services unless their customer care and empathy for others improves greatly, and they put a proper policy in place to deal with anyone who may have temporary or more long lasting financial difficulties.

Seamus provided us with excellent and professional service, both for preparing the property for sale, and putting it on the market. He is an expert in the area and was available and responsive. I highly recommend using his services and McGuiness and Fleck

McGuinness Fleck proved to be top quality even some considerable time after my tenancy with them, promptly assisting me with a wrongly delivered parcel which I required urgently.
