Arleen started her career with Sir Brian Morton & Company, as a secretary at their head office in Belfast. She quickly moved into Agency herself, eventually becoming Assistant Manager of the Glengormley Branch under Ken Smith. Understanding that the market was changing rapidly, and that the Private Letting sector was expanding, she set up the ABC Rental Centre in the mid 1990's.
Arleen was already Assistant Manager in the Award winning Glengormley branch of Sir Brian Morton and Company under the legendary Ken Smyth when she went out on her own. She felt she could provide a more tailored, professional, and above all, simple service to her clients in her own company, and became one of the first women agents in the Province.

Karen was effective and efficient service in her career. Definitely reccommend to others staff are hospitable always willing to be off assistance to the customer 100% lender a customer with them 1 year and am not 100% sure if ABC will honour DHSS. just give them a call or call into the branch to speak with 1 of their representatives who are always willing to be off assistance. as far as I'm aware they do accept Dhss but u need a guarantor preferably home owner ie father or mother so if u fall back on ur rent then outstanding payment owed has to be paid by the guarantors u have chosen. another tip, rather than pay every month by cash the easier option us to set up a standing order with ur bank using an initial date u wish payment to come out electronically via ur bank straight into abc account. Abc are flexible with their payment date due under initiation by the landlord.
