The Property Bureau Property Bureau started in Bearsden in 1985 initially providing a range of property services and have been successfully growing the business ever since. Our Glasgow branch moved from its original location in Milngavie Road to much larger premises at Melville House, Drymen Road, Bearsden in 2016 and our network coverage now includes several offices in carfeully chosen locations including Helensburgh, Stirling and Lanarkshire.

Estate Agency was added as another successful part of our business in 2011 and we are now one of the largest Letting and Estate Agents in Scotland providing quality service through a dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals.
Services
Please be as descriptive as possible and always provide a photo of the problem when you can. If there is a fire at the property under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself. You must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the emergency services on 999 to report the fire. After that you must contact us by telephone.

I found the staff really helpful and efficient. In my tenancy any problems or help needed was dealt with in a timely manner. I would say that as a tennant this was the best agency I have had bar none.

With this state agent still, but I don't think they fight in favour of their tenants with Landlords, Just loads of stress. I could say double face Facing loads of stress and issues with landlord, but nothing being settled or sorted by Estate Agent We moved to this property last August, my daughter was 14, this November she will be 16. Landlady send us notice for breach of contract. Subletting her property with another tenant.

She also asking proof of my daughter's age Property Bureau got nothing to say to her as our Estate agent shame. Before doing the Tenancy agreement we filled all the paper works and procedures We have been left without acwashing machine since last March. Its in the inventory list. We are both front liners. Land lady says she provided as Courtesy. List be too long. Sorry just spoke the truth

This estate agency has no work ethics. They did false advertising of properties online during covid. They showed me a video of the flat I rented where the state of the bathroom wall was conveniently left out. I was not given the opportunity to have a viewing of the flat due to covid restrictions. I was only informed of an issue with the bathroom wall after I had already signed the tenancy agreement.

They took two months to bring the contractors to repair the bathroom wall which had a massive leak. There was mould all over the wall and a terrible damp smell. This was partially hidden behind a wet wall. After the repairs started the bathroom was basically a construction site with no sink and no warm water. They still stated: "our property is not considered to be uninhabitable".

They did not want to provide an alternative accommodation during the repair despite me paying 600 rent for 1 bedroom flat. The way how they treat tenants is a total disgrace. It has been a very distressing experience. If you are reading this please believe me when I say these people are not trustworthy.

I am a tenant in a property that is let and managed by Property Bureau. I have not been pleased with the service provided because: 1. My neighbour reported water leaking into their flat below. As this was a fairly small but constant amount of water Property bureau did not fix this for over a year. This caused damage to my neighbours flat. 2. They pressurised me to allow painters and decorators into the house so that the house could be prepared for sale.

This was very stressful and resulted in me having to seek legal advice. (I was advised that I do not have to let the painters in.) My house buy had been delayed by a month and they used the fact that I wanted to stay on another month as leverage. It has all been very unpleasant and affected my sleep.

My experience with this Property Agency is greatly satisfactory. I have been renting with them for 4 years and I have never had any problem whatsoever. They are quick, efficient and effective when it comes to sort out any issue regarding the property. At a personal level, I would like to remark their kindness and willingness to help, which I definitively appreciate even more! I highly recommend it.

We were renting with them for a year and a half and were extremely satisfied with their service from the very begining. The staff is very nice and fast with responses. Every query we had was answered and resolved instantly. Very professional and they really do put customers first. Would have been glad to stay with them for longer if we weren't looking for a bigger flat. Highly recommend renting with them.

Was reassured it was a long-term tenancy but sent eviction notice after 3 months because landlord sold it. I was 7 months pregnant. I would expect a property agency to have some decency and inform us it was not the right place for us.

Really unprofessional and poor customer service. Wouldn't even view a house with them again. Went to visit a property and immediately got back to them saying we were interested. Very little communication even though we chased up several times asking even just to let us know if someone else was being reviewed for the property after initially being asked to have the deposit ready on the same day which we did.

Very misleading and disappointed in the service. And queue a response which accepts no responsibility as the previous reviews show. I have dealt with other companies who have kept us on the loop on a daily basis. Not from this company. Stringing people along. As I said prior poor communication and I don't need copies of the email you sent I have it and my husband is still waiting for a call back which you haven't even bothered to return!

Really nice people! Always willing and able to help with any problem with my properties. Very fair agents who, in my opinion, represent both the tenants and the landlords views equally. I feel this is important in the age of the "slumlord". They have always raised any issues immediately and always fixed them efficiently and effectively. Definitely recommend them for both the peace of mind of the landlord and the welfare of the tenant.
