Pearl and Coutts

We rented our flat through Pearl & Coutts for just under 6 years and we were very impressed with them. Dorian in particular is very personable, approachable, helpful and great with communication. No issue was too small, he always kept in touch with us, and repairs were dealt with very promptly. The lettings team overall were very professional. We would recommend highly!

Great agent, thanks in large to Dorian who was east to reach and swift to act in case of an issue. I've experienced some very disappointing agents in London who treat their tenants like an issue - this was never the case with P&C.

Absolutely the worst estate agent I've had the displeasure to deal with. A bunch of fraudsters. Avoid like the plague.

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you like having your emails ignored, this is the place to rent from. I rented from them for a year and it was terrible, from emails being ignored about windows being sealed shut, the safety door breaking the first week we lived there and never getting fixed, to the whole flat flooding and being left without accommodation for over a week.

Even being accused of stealing items because of THEIR mistake. They even held my deposit for longer than the legal time period and only returned it when I emailed numerous times. I've never rented a place as bad as this and would not wish it on my worst enemy. The rent might be reasonable, but there's a reason for this.

It's been great dealing with Elliot at Pearl & Coutts. We have been able to sign the lease to our new office quickly and efficiently, within a matter of weeks. Elliot has been very helpful and we are looking forward to moving into our new space!

Pearl & Coutts has been my landlord for 10 years plus. They are a large property business, however they provide a friendly personal service and are always on hand to assist. Highly recommended.

Nothing good to say about this estate agents. Been with them in 2 different properties and it's just disgraceful service. That's if you do manage to finally get hold of someone! 4 months without my deposit being returned, despite me filling my room on time. Over priced for the scruffy, damp, old, single glazes window houses they provide on Cheshire street, E26EH.

Really professional letting agency. I have been with them for so many years and they have never disappointed me. Every time I have reported an issue they were quick to resolve it, no need to chase or anything. A special thanks to Hannah she was really helpful as my first point of contact and prompt to answer my calls. I have never had a better experience with another agency. Highly recommended.

I have rented 2 flats from P&C for 4+ years in East London. The flats were particularly well maintained, because the company is very diligent in fixing the small issues. For example, we had our boiler, washing machine and dishwasher changed. Every time this was fixed within a few days of reporting the issues. The staff is not only responsive but also very friendly. I would definitely recommend their service.

I have worked with many different real estate agencies in London but I must admit Pearl & Coutts are by far the best. They are very friendly, their rates are very fair, the flats they offer are incredibly well located, in good condition and at very fair prices too. Whenever there has been any issue of any kind, more often than not it was dealt with great professionalism and care within 24/72 hours depending on the urgency. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend them! You report a repair and it gets done, no need to chase or anything and the work is always completed to high standard. Very friendly and competent contractors unlike other agents i have rented from, very professional and some of the rent prices rival other lettings agents out there

Lovely letting agents, always there if i need to contact them. Typically get back to any inquiries within one working day and their properties contain top quality white goods and fittings. Would happily contact them again!

Agent, called Darren or Dorian, didn't show up at the viewing. A current tenant showed me the property. Darren then didn't pick up the phone, and finally, when I reached him, said that it's already let. It's a normal behaviour for a London estate agent, isn't it?
