I've recently dealt with Graham and the team and they've provided a first class service. I'd go as far as to say it's been the easiest and more professional property management company I have used.

I employed Stadium to sell my flat. It was a difficult process with numerous delays caused largely by the buyer's solicitors. Stadium, however, were great. They offered guidance throughout the process, advice as to the best next steps to take, and were always responsive to my queries - right up to the day of completion. Thank you!

I have been a tenant with Stadium Residential over the past year and I have nothing but great things to say about Alex and the rest of the team. Alex has always provided great communication between us and the landlady. Not to mention, the company really had my back when I needed support in extending the contract for our flat. Staff are both professional and friendly, and the process couldn't be easier: everything is done digitally, including signatures, deposit, and move-in report. The concierge and maintenance are all accessible via the building management system. I really don't understand the negative reviews, my experience was completely positive in every respect.

I leased a property managed by Stadium Residential and cannot be more complimentary about the team and their professionalism. During my lease I mainly engaged with Goran and Graham who were extremely helpful (including the one time I locked myself out and needed to come to the office to pick up their spare key). I was a client for 5-6 years, I moved from one of their rentals to another at least 3 times. The staff are professional, helpful and responsive. Alex and Goran helped me out with various things on quite a few occasions.

This is an extremely responsible and reasonable housing agency that responds to tenants' requests on time. The house is of good quality and can be repaired in time if there is any problem inside. The staff are very experienced, well-bred and knowledgeable, offering a lot of help during our stay. You will find it hard to regret choosing this agency.

I have just finished three years of renting through Stadium and I have been very happy with their service! Flat maintenance was proactive and prompt, they were there when you needed them and not there when you didn't (unlike a previous agent's surprise inspections), and they were very helpful in sorting out keys and parking when my brother came to visit from the US a couple times a year. Could not have been happier renting from them, and they didn't keep a penny of the security deposit! :D
