Do not use this estate agent - David is unprofessional and will not keep you informed regarding properties. They do not respond, book viewings and cancel viewings last minute without informing you by phone. He seemed insincere on the phone despite my complaint and agreed that he had not tried to call me about the cancellation and had emailed instead.

Do not use! (To add - David did not try to call me to cancel the viewing as suggested below and he said to me on the phone when I called again that he had emailed the cancellation instead.)

I've dealt with square quarters for at least 8 years as a landlord and also from the perspective as a Tennant. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sublet or rent in the islington area. Give them the time and information and they get it sorted. Given I've had some stressful Tennant's in the past, dealing with the team and especially the boss - makes it a pleasure. I look forward to selling my property with square quarters in the future too.

All round excellent service! My wife and I have sold properties through multiple different large estate agent chains for many year's and we can honestly say, they have not provided an outstanding service as these guys have. Our property was on the market for 6 months with one of their competitors and when we decided to take a chance with Square Quarters, it sold in just under 2. That goes to show how diligent and professional Dean and his team are! 100% Recommend.

Really appreciate the communication and professionalism from Anais at Square Quarters. She has been very helpful throughout the whole process, including quickly resolving some minor issues after our move-in.

I've never felt the need to write a review before, however i feel this one is necessary. I recently switched from a large chain agent who had my property on the market for over 6 months. They had numerous excuses for this and even blamed Brexit for their incompetence! Luckily, i switched to these guys who promised to get my property off the market in less than 6 weeks. in which they did. Thank you very much for keeping your word Square Quarters! I am very satisfied and will most definitely be spreading the word.

Will do my best to avoid Square Quarters in the future. Had a thoroughly unpleasant experience of renting property. On our initial viewing we weren't allowed to view the largest bedroom even though the tenants had several days notice. Getting actual images and pictures of the room took nearly one month after we had seen the house, the entire time which we were pressured to find a last tenant for the house but hand't even seen the room! Kept in the dark for the longest time about furniture to be included and were subsequently misled as Charlotte didn't seem to know what actually belonged to the house (and then had the nerve to tell us to google what fully furnished meant, even though that is entirely up to the landlord.and her job to then correctly communicate to us) On our initial viewing were told that broken furniture would be replaced (it wasn't) that certain furniture would be included (it wasn't) that the house would be painted before we moved in (it wasn't) Upon moving in on a Saturday and finding out the house hadn't been painted as agreed, no one was reachable.

The office girl swore she would call back but there was no follow-up or anything from the agency, not even during the following work week. Overall, completely let down by Charlotte and her team. The entire process seemed not transparent and shady. Would not recommend to friends.

I don't usually write reviews however on this occasion I just have to spread the word. Dean is an absolute star! He has been open, honest and consistent throughout my new adventure of purchasing my first home. A* service and staff, I would definetly recommend as I have done so already. Thank you for all your hard work although I haven't been the most easiest client at times. Square Quarters all the way!

Recently rented a property with my partner through Square Quarters, the service was Outstanding and the staff constantly kept me updated - would definitely recommend.

A modern, well presented estate agency filled with friendly and knowledgable staff. Square Quarters have been managing my properties for some time and have always been very professional in their demeanour. Dean in particular is fantastic to deal with!

Despite an ad that says "* Absolutely no enquiries from agents *" - which they had clearly read they still called. If that's an indication of their ethics I would think about avoiding them. They then called a second time, despite my outrage at the first call. Even though the add now reads "* Please, absolutely no enquiries from agents under any circumstances *" The said they wanted to bring somebody round to view my flat without even stating they were an agency, until asked and the just hung up on me when challenged. Appalling behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

Square Quarters have been managing the property I live in. I am pleased to say they are very quick when repairs need doing and they are very easy to talk too. One of the reasons I still live where I live is them!

Really excellent service as both managing agent when we let the property for two years, and sales agent when we decided to sell. Fees are extremely competitive and yet quality and customer service is not compromised. We are based abroad and communication was never a problem - the team was always very quick to reply in full to any queries. I was impressed how quickly Dean was able to secure tenants and a sale - within a matter of days each time.

And Isa went above and beyond her job in helping us ship a picture from the property. Nothing I'd suggest to improve. Just a big thank you and we'll be in touch if we're looking to buy in London again!

I have been a landlady for 11 years now and have used various managing agents along the way, some who have been OK, and some who have been downright awful (including a couple of big names!). We were recommended Square Quarters a few years ago, and I can tell you hand-on-heart that I have never looked back. They are the best agents I have ever used, by a mile.
