Great service with friendly and professional staff! My wife and I have recently moved out from a property managed by Letting Solutions. We never forget their kindness, quick support, and great responsibility during our stay and would definitely get in touch with them if I need a new rental in the area.

From the start when we viewed the property to the process, 3 years later, of working towards the End of Tenancy, Jo has kept in contact, been friendly, clear in what is required and responsive to any small issues (there were never any big issues with the flat). We initially contacted Letting Solutions to seek advice on letting our first property. As first time landlords we had limited knowledge about the process or the steps we had to take. Absolutely brilliant since day 1 viewing to end of our tenancy. First of all they have a good choice of properties to occupy. All the process was paperless and super fast, referencing just took a single day, for us referencing took over a week to 10 days in our previous tenancies. We got our property in very good condition cleaned and tidy. Our Property Manager was Jo Shaw, she had been very prompt and really helpful whenever we needed any information or work done.

Although our stay wasn't that long Letting Solutions were great for the duration. Michelle was extremely helpful - answering our questions and queries before, during and after our tenancy. Anything we asked or needed was dealt with quickly and professionally. Even had a small dispute with regards to our deposit - but we explained the situation and this rectified any further problems.

We didn't need to use it - but they do have dedicated lines for 24/7 emergencies. We enjoyed our time in our flat and would recommend Letting Solutions - it's nice to know that you have a "go to" person between you and the landlord. Thanks for all your help!
