Incompetent maintenance of the property - wasn't clean when we moved in. Deliberately misleads and outright admitted to lying to tenants (telling one group one thing, one group another) making it impossible to tell if communication from them was honest. Told me to ignore a line of the tenancy agreement (but still sign it of course) and expected me to just take a verbal indication that the line wasn't valid as being good enough, placing me at risk if they changed their mind. Refused any change to the tenancy agreement when concerns were raised that it placed the tenant at considerable financial risk for the benefit of the landlord.

WORST AGENCY EVER! I registered with all agencies in Exeter and this one was the only dissapointment. Im guessing they are not young couple friendly. They seem great at first but dont expect to hear from them after you register. Happy with all the other agencies

We are current tenants of a property managed by Leamans. Our electricity failed at 6.30 on a Saturday night. By 7 they had an electrician to us and all was sorted. Similarly, a broken dishwasher was replaced within a week. Their customer service is excellent and I could not recommend them more.
