Our services include fully managed and tenant find only, and all inventories required can be provided by Wottons in-house.
Properties are advertised using our own bespoke website, in various media publications including the Express & Echo, high visibilty 'to let' boards, and via our display window in Exeters property agent capital, South Street.
Wottons are members of The Property Ombudsman and adhere to its strict code of conduct, giving peace of mind to landlords and tenants alike.
We understand that tenants come from all walks of life, and have individual requirements. We aim to cater for all where possible, and provide good quality rental properties for good quality tenants. Prospective tenants are fully referenced before taking up a residency, and Wottons offer lower than average application fees, particularly for multi tenant tenancies.
Rest assured that we will guide you through the process and make best efforts, where possible, to check that criteria is met before referencing commences.
Wottons are open for business Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 10am - 2pm, with out of hours viewings available by appointment, to offer maximum flexibility for you.
