Important Information for Tenants if you are renting a property which is Managed by WareEdwards Company Ltd. Whilst we appreciate that some maintenance issues are an inconvenience there would be some items that would be considered an emergency such as complete loss of electricity, loss of heating (during winter months), flooding, loss of hot water for more than 24 hours.
