There was advertisement about rental falt in Rightmove said 1395 monthly. Then after 2 weeks I found the same property has reduced green alert when I checked the rental price I found it 1400. So, is this reduced or increased? I noted the previous price coz I have taken screen shoot of the adv before to sent it to my friend. So the 2 pictures of adv before reducing and after still with me with the real date

BAD customer service. Hide behind automated emails. Never willing to help you, call you or even try to provide the service they apparently are paid for. Having had estate agents and lettings agents who have been so so helpful in the past - BRAND VAUGHAN need some training! Can never book viewings as they just email you saying sorry we cannot help you at this time.

Need some serious vetting! You have children working for you that really know nothing about the housing market or how to communicate with adults paying above the odds to live in Brighton. SORT IT OUT! Award winning! LOL - award winning in automation?

Brand Vaughan managed the rental of my flat for 20 years (both under their current name and as Cambridge Residential) and they were always extremely competent, competitive and pleasant to deal with. When I recently put the flat on the market it made logical sense to let them handle the sale and they once again proved responsive, efficient and flexible during what proved to be a complex and estended process (no fault of theirs).

Charlie, Ollie, Kimberley, and Chloe have all been very helpful throughout the entire process of helping me and 4 others find a suitable student house. They were always easy to reach, friendly and respectful, especially when compared to some other student letting agents.

Sorry but this agent 's branch is disorganized. They called me up to arrange to see properties on Friday and then cancelled. Then they launched into a spur of the moment thing about can we take your property on - we have a buyer. I agreed to a saturday early afternoon appointment after they push me for the agent and or the agent and buyer to view - neither turned up.

I work all week and am self employed I also do hosting guests so this was really really inconvenient and flatmate had to tidy up too and go out. Pretty fed up. As yet they still did not get back to say if he would visit so I am still waiting to hear at 4.20pm The appointment was at 1.45. I called in at 2pm and they said they would get back to me, we spoke again about 45 mins later and the agent again said they would get back to me having spoken to the Manager but never did. I have been waiting for a re arrangement for this. Not putting my property with them now even if they do have a buyer. Sorry.

These guys are Fantastic! I have bought and sold through Brand Vaughan they are a different league to any of the other estate agents that I have come across in Brighton and Hove. My previous experience with estate agents had been terrible until last year when I was looking to move and needed to sell my flat. I had three valuations as you do and Brand Vaughan were the most proactive, friendly and most knowledgeable out of all of the estate agents that came to see me.

I went with them and they agreed a sale for 50,000 more than one agent had valued my property for! I found a property to buy which unfortunately they were not selling but they helped me throughout the process from start to finish. The other review for me is the opposite to how I experienced Brand Vaughan. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have moved my sister just two months ago.

I have never actually bought a house, but my friend has. I am "into" property (don't ask) and he needed a second opinion when viewing prospective homes - this was, of course, one of the biggest purchases he'd ever make. We viewed a number of houses with a representative from Brand Vaughn. The guy was young, but smart and very honest about the properties we were viewing.

Being chauffeured around the city in a nippy little Brand Vaughn Mini Cooper was nice too! First impressions were good and my friend eventually went on to purchase a house with BV. My impression was very good and I have been assured by my friend that the rest of the sale went without a hitch. Thumbs up to Brand Vaughn.
