Extremely unprofessional, unethical letting agency. Have not dealt with a worse agency in the last 5 years. Despite repeated requests, they don't care or bother to maintain the property once you have rented it. Would strongly advise to give this agency a miss

Unprofessional service. Terrible communication bordering on misinformation. Made an offer to rent a flat and was then assured by the agent that we had secured it. After 3 weeks of waiting to provide the deposit but not being given any details by Benson & Partners, we were informed that unfortunately the landlord had decided to rent to a different tenant.

By this time we had cancelled viewings for other flats. We were also treated very poor regarding our check-out process. The inventory clerk who cooperated with them came and broke things on purpose to ask us reimbursement and hold our deposit.

Phenomenal service by Karolina and others were so helpful when in the office. I moved into a lovely Studio with her help in two days. This is my first time here and they made sure I do not need to extend my hotel stay and finished the formalities as promised. Thanks Karolina, Sara and everyone

For twenty years, Bensons have been selling, buying and renting properties of mine in the Croydon area. When selling properties, their advertising, and management of the whole process has ensured quick sales at the right price. Buying has been made easier with many properties offered, at appropriate prices with good, clear descriptions. Finally, when renting properties, once again their good marketing has captured quickly, reliable, suitable tenants, who they have then managed successfully during their tenancies. I am now in the process of selling another property and once again, Bensons will be my agency of choice.

A very good service provide by Bensons when selling my 2 properties. The staff Hitesh and Richard were very helpful and courteous from start to finish which help the process go through smoothly. Nothing was too much and they went over and above their duties to ensure that the properties were marketed/ advertised accordingly and eventually sold. I would not hesitate to use Bensons again.

When I started looking for my first home the team at Bensons was very useful. They arranged for me to visit properties at times that suited my busy schedule and they recommend a good broker for me. All in all I am very happy with their service.

Just purchased a house with the help of Benson and Partners and we found their service to be professional and extremely efficient. The staff were very helpful and on the ball - especially Hitesh who helped us navigate a conveyancing process that was very challenging at times. As per the last review, I am surprised by the amount of negative feedback on here.

But that seems to be the case for most estate agents - rental clients like to air their grievances online! Such a shame, as it doesn't in any way reflect the great level of service that we received.

I don't know why there are so many negative comments. My experience with Benson & Partners has been excellent. They are helpful, friendly and professional. Renting a property managed by them is without any problems. It is the best agency I have been renting from so far.

Not impressed with this agent. The rep was friendly enough when they too on our house, but then the contact stopped. If I wanted to know what was going on, I needed to call them for viewing feedback. Their agents didn't pass information between them and in my view, were not representing my property in the best way for a sale. Would not recommend to others.
