Just gotta say a massive thanks to Niven & Jamie over at Neighbour! These guys, helped me move in no time at all. They were so easy to talk to on a business and persoanl level. However, they tried to convert me to a different football team (nice try Jamie, but I'm Stoke City through and through!). They were on the ball from start to finish, making sure everything went smooth as could've hoped for.

What can I say. Jamie went above and beyond to fulfil our needs when selling our home and buying elsewhere. Niven and his team are 5*. I came to Neighbour about a year and half ago after having a horrid time with my previous agent. They currently manage 4 of my properties and they have been excellent to deal with. They are super efficient in getting any maintenance done and keeping me in the loop. Neighbour have three of my properties under management and I have found them amazing to deal with. I live abroad and having Shari as my property manager has been great. Always helpful and quick to respond to any queries I have. All round Neighbour are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Neighbour enough, after my house not selling for months with a well known agent, Niven and his team sold it within two weeks. Niven was really easy to deal with compared to my previous agent and his honest approach was refreshing. I'm so glad I decided to put my sale in their hands. I can't thank Neighbour enough. Definitely a company worth recommending.

I spent a lot of time choosing the right estate agent and I am so glad I went with Neighbour. Niven in depth valuation was super incredible and blew the competition out the water. They sold my house in Addiscombe within weeks of being on the market. Niven's expertise and calm head really got this sale over the line especially when my buyer nearly pulled out due to the interest rates.
He stepped in and recommended a mortgage advisor that helped the buyer secure a mortgage. The service at Neighbour was excellent, a great company to work along side. Don't go anywhere else but Neighbour!
