Home Lets I've seen many estate agents and even well known ones but Home Lets was honestly the best I've come across so far. Great people and friendly. They responded to any fixtures I needed in great time. I have lived with my partner in one of the studios managed by Home Lets for one and a half years, and it was a bliss. The service was extremly helpful and professional.

The communication was fast, clear and polite. We have lived happily at a property under homelets and would like to let you guys know that their services were at all times excellent and exceeded our expectations in positive ways.

HOME LETS are Independent Agents - Alizon Monk, Stephen Streek and Linda Jennings are all members of ALRA, (Association of Residential Letting Agents), and have been Located in Thornton Heath since 1985. HOME LETS are also members of 'The National Approved Letting Scheme' and TDS - 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme'.
An introduction of an applicant wishing to rent your property and with whom you proceed. Tenant find is designed for the landlord wishing to collect rental (from month 2) direct from their tenant and deal with the day to day management throughout the tenancy themselves.
This service is suitable for Landlords living close to the Property and who are able to inspect on a regular basis and in addition able to deal with maintenance and emergencies. Remittance of net rent (after deduction of fees etc) into your stated bank/building society clearing account HOME LETS Management System is linked to our bank, for fast efficient payment of rentals to landlords by BACS.
Attend to readings of the service meters at commencement and at the end of the tenancy, arrange for transfer into the tenants name. Settlement of accounts at commencement (if applicable) will be made from available funds. Note: Charge for reconnection of telephone into your name at conclusion of the tenancy will be yours to settle.

I have lived with my partner in one of the studions managed by Home Lets for 1,5 year and it was a bliss. The service was extremly helpful and professional. The communication was fast, clear and polite. At the beginning of our stay, Home Lets staff went through all the documents for us and were very understanding about my low inclome as I was moving from another country.

It was amazing that the flat was rented to us and extremly kind. The best part was that whenever there was an issue or sth got broken, the agency was taking care of it that same or the next day! Could not compare to other big agencies in London, where fixing a leak takes a week! I really appreciate having an agency like Home Lets and recommand it to anybody, who values human and quality service.

Alizon and Steve have been great to deal with and extremely helpful when needed. They managed two properties and were always recommending improvements and sorting out any issues without prompting. I would highly recommend them as a company and team.

I ve seen many estate agents and even well known ones but homeletts was honestly the best I've come across so far.great people and friendly they responded to any fixtures I needed in great time.they were alot more efficient in their work than any other estate agent and always done what they were meant to.i absolutely loved my property and so sad I had to leave my perfect place but also going to miss the great service they provided.ive never had an issue with anything they do or how they work.going to miss you lot.but if I ever need to move again I'd always recommend homeletts.so sad to leave you.

And to be honest I wish you were managing my new property right now I know things would of been much smoother and done properly.good luck to you all and thankyou so much for helping me and my children when we needed it the most

I have used many letting agents during 30 years as a Landlord and Chartered Surveyor. Home Lets service standards are by far the best that I have encountered. I would describe them as exemploary and professional. They are attentive to the tenants who in turn respond by renting for long durations.

Fantastic service. Homelets have managed property for me for almost 30 years and I have never had any complaint. They have been exemplary in their service to me and tenants. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stupidest and most unprofessional people I've ever met! The viewing was fine, but who changes the order of the viewings the day before the viewing?! Then when I put an application through they ask only then about if we've ever paid utility bills, but yet they know we are first time renters so what first time renter has direct debit or paid a utility bill?

These people need more training, oh and they don't put on the application about the admin fees u may pay if you do get accepted by the landlord, lucky I didn't go through with the property. These people are pathetic and rude, I brought the application in person as I don't have a printer so can't scan it and they ask for ID like this is a bloody airport.

First advice is if u haven't paid your rent for last three months through your bank direct debit, never ever visit them. had experienced very unpleasant behavior from one of a lady staff when she got to know that we haven't used bank direct debits for rent payments but fulfilled all the other requirements. she just teared off all our documents and just left us without even giving us any chance to ask for any further clarification. very rude and unpleasant situation and we were shocked for some time with her behavior. i think they should mention and highlight this special requirement in their websites without making people to waste their time visiting them. we learn that there are different policies that different agents are following, but there is a way of communicating it. and there is no one at the front all the time and we had to ring the bell to be served. all the other staff is good (but spend very little time with them, may be they also same as her) however, they got some good properties for better prices.
