Kings group would be highly recommended to anyone wanting to find a property. They have an excellent team and I dealt with their agent Gabriel, he was phenomenal, really great attitude, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, they kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was great!

The service I received from Gabriel was spectacular. He was always very prompt in responding to my queries and had great knowledge. He was kind and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property!

I have never met an estate agent as attentive and responsive as Sarah Conner. Right from the beginning she was a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process the communication was immaculate. She always spoke to us as people rather than price tags which is uncommon in this profession. I cannot give enough compliments to the manager of the branch Samik. Doing your job is one thing but what Samik does it in a completely different category.

There was always an open door to queries or worries. To say that this is a branch above the rest is not saying enough. If you're looking to buy or sell I don't see why you would go anywhere else.

I found working with Kings very slow. I would regularly wait days for email responses and if I called I would always be told I'd get a call back which never came. I'd have to ring/email over 3 times each time to get contact. When I spoke to the manager Sam about this he got quite defensive and told me they legally have over 10 days to get back to emails.

I ended up buying the property through them because I loved it so much and had no choice but it turns out none of the heaters work in here which they obviously were not aware of - or worse did but didn't say! Overall not a great experience at all

I recently sold my property through Kings after speaking to a few of the local agents. When valuing the property Sam was very helpful when most other local agents seemed content to list at a lower price just to collect their fee's. The house was sold within a few days. Hasan and Sam were in contact throughout and were happy to answer or help with any queries at all times. Highly recommend and friendly people to deal with!

I'm writing a review for this company because I find myself very good for finding a flat, even if I was away of London, I was helped by Gabriel he was very kind and helpful, he send me the video of the property and explained everything to me very well till the end, and always was there to give an explanation about everything, there's not word that can describe his service. Best in class service, in fact best letting agency service I have ever availed of in 15 years of renting apartments. The team was swift to arrange pictures, virtual viewings, capture or obtain every detail I requested. Heck they even facilitated furniture purchase for me from the outgoing tenant. I didn't have to say a word to the landlord and everything else was sorted right till the handover of keys.

The online signing systems were very streamlined too. Special mention for Mr Gabriel Amankwah who took care of everything and went out of his way, to come all the way to handover the keys personally while ensuring everything was in order late in the night. What a champ of a realtor! Pleasure doing business with him and Kings Group!
