I would highly highly recommend these estate agents! I've rented many properties over the years, and Randalls are far and away the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient, and are great at communicating and very prompt at dealing with any issues that crop up. They make renting a joy!

By far the most professional estate agency we have encountered in the area - manager paid special attention to our search and made sure we had a very personal experience. No unnecessary spam nor were we made to feel like another number in a crowd. Twiz was amazing in arranging our new home and made sure we were happy to the very last detail. Absolutely recommend!

Charlotte was friendly, helpful and professional. The flats I saw with Randall's were of a much higher quality than those with other agents. Charlotte guided us through each step of the process clearly and honestly and was always on hand to answer any queries. I would 100% recommend them to other tenants.

From the very beginning of searching for a property until getting the flat of our choice, I have nothing negative to say about this company. Charlotte was our estate agent, and I have never come across a nicer one. My girlfriend and I fully trusted her, felt she was friendly and very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently started renting a property managed by Randalls and I couldn't rate them more highly. Charlotte made what can be a stressful process, extremely easy and straight forward and always went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, no matter how silly. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Dont even bother renting from them or asking them to let your flat out, they are stupidly terrible. Breaking fundamental rules and laws when letting properties, professionalism of staff zero.

The overall experience of renting a property with Randalls Property Agents has been a very pleasant one. The service has been excellent throughout the whole process, and the staff are very professional and were keen to make sure my needs were met completely, providing great advice and options for my living arrangements. Seems professional and looks good at first but once you meet the staff you will soon work out they want your money but dont want to deal with any issues you may have. A constant let down. Go else where

From start to finish, Randalls Property Agents were excellent. Katie and Twiz really helped me see the potential in my new flat, being a fairly small space, and on my second viewing they helped my mum and I to measure the whole property without a second thought. They were also efficient with email communications and answered all my niggling questions, and on moving in they didn't hesitate to recommend places to buy furniture etcetera in the area. This being my first time renting my own flat, I couldn't have chosen a better property agent.

Based on my experience as a tenant, I would recommend Randalls to anyone looking for trustworthy, loyal and fairly priced agents. The staff were invaluable with their help and support to our needs. Nothing seems to be too much bother. Their understanding and customer service are first class. Highly recommended.

Renting a property through Randalls has been so easy, we have experienced great customer service and were extremely impressed at how well organised everything was. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, would definitely recommend.

What can i say... Avoid like the plague. The staff have little understanding of the letting business!

2 of the staff have very poor English and are difficult to understand and more to the point they do not undersatand what you are asking them, Not good. Very happy to get your money but then just forget asking for anything to be done ar fixed, it won't happen

You will be dissapointed, upset and ripped off.

The move into the flat was smooth and fairly well executed by Randalls. However upon moving in in March 2010 we soon discovered a massive problem with large woodland spiders and the largest amout of Ladybirds ever seen, all round the windows. As we were on the top floor we assumed they were there to shelter over winter, the problem was as they awoke in the warmer weather they started coming in to the flat through the trickle vents or if we open the windows.

The spiders also came in through the open windows, by the dozen, we had to put the yellow greenhouse sticky pads down on the floor to try to catch some of them, this proved very successful, but did not catch them all. We contacted Randalls more than once to report these critters, they just brushed us off saying there was nothing they could do. We also had a phone line connected by BT this Randalls said they would pay for as it is in the contract that a working phone line is present, this we did and gave a copy of the bill to them for payment, well that took 5 months+ to get the money out of them, they lost the bill!

As for the saga with the washing machine, we were without it for 4 weeks in total! Not acceptable, and no rush from Randalls to get it sorted. We put a bill in to Randalls for the Laundry as we ended up using the Laundrette, they then just ignored it until we moved out and i challenged them about it, they then said they wanted proof in the form of receipts?!?

From a laundrette!! I think not. On moving out Randalls came to inspect the flat, it was passed with no issues, except that they would prefer it if the carpets were cleaned, PREFERRED not compulsory, this request we refused as the carpets were not spotless when we moved in, however they just went ahead and had them done, then took the money out of the deposit without our permission! Is that theft?

Randalls also did not contact the Deposit protection people in good time and only after i had called the DPS for the 2nd time was the deposit agreed for return.

We are still waiting for the money for the laundry, and we moved out on the 2nd June 2011, it is now 25th July 2011. Not what i call good service. I have spoken directly to the owner of Randalls and he seemed appalled at the level of service we had, however this seems to have been lip service as it has gone very quiet from him. The bill was only J48 for the laundry, for 2 people thats not too bad. J4 a load as it goes.

With interest which i have asked for it is now nearly J100 because of the delay in getting it back to us.

Rounded up the whole experience of moving out was shocking, hence the review on here. Sorry Randalls but you need to buck your ideas up, brush up on the law regarding letting properties, honour your contracts to your tennants and stop taking money from tennants deposits without permission! All in all a poor show!
