A 10/10 experience! Recently moved into a new place with Ashton Burkinshaw as my Letting Agency! Really great service i must say. Everything was done smoothly from day one. Worked with Josh Thomas all through the application process and he was Spectacular! Regular updates, swift responses and Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Really smooth process and great customer care. Cassie who showed us around was lovely and my brother and I felt extremely taken care of. They use an external service provider to look after issues with the property after the move in and honestly they've been amazing. This is most defiantly the best experience I've had with an estate agent.

With very quick response time, she started the process from the first day we saw the place and within two weeks I had moved in. I have found the lettings department to be very helpful. Cassie and Sophie have been extremely good when arranging viewings at the property I was leaving and always very polite. Darren helped to arrange me moving into a new property managed by Ashton Burkinshaw. He made sure it was an easy move and communicated with the maintenance department to make sure everything went well. I would recommend using this lettings agency.

I have used Ashton Burkinshaw, Tunbridge Wells, to let my brother's property for the past four years. They are always helpful, professional and friendly and happy to advise me of what needs to be done when I don't know or forget! It's a let-only basis as I manage the property for my brother, but I can highly recommend Tom, Darren and the rest of the team if you need to find good tenants.

Tunbridge Wells Branch. Worst agency i have ever worked with. I have now been without hot water for 10 days, despite reporting issues with my boiler for over 3 months now and having 5 Engineers come out. I was informed that it was not classified as an emergency due to the season. This is incorrect information provided by the agents. Today the boiler parts were supposed to be repaired.
Instead the engineer found that more parts needed replacing, it was worse than originally highlighting by the agency. Ashton Burkinshaw have now left me with no hot water at all and no heating. Instead they informed the engineer to bring to very small electric heaters. This is disgusting and after paying a ridiculous 125 renewal contract fee is just unbelievable.
I will be making an official complaint and esculating this further. This has not been fixed and therefore, Under Section 11 of the Landlordand Tenant Act 1985, I have the right to expect your landlord to carry out repairs or replacement immediately. If it's an emergency repair as you've got no heating or hot water, my landlord should fix this in 24 hours.
