Services
Here at Accommodate you will find attentive, informative and friendly staff equipped with a wealth of knowledge in the property management and lettings business. Our long term staff are professionally qualified.
I have been a tenant of Accommodate for 13 years and I have always found them to be very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. If I have a repair that needs carrying out they always make sure that it is carried out quickly and to a high standard. I have enjoyed my time in the property and feel that Accommodate and all it's staff have been very helpful and have made living here a great experience. I find the staff very polite and very easy to contact and speak to on the telephone or in person in the office.
This requests information about yourself and your finances. There are no fees for this process. The aim is to complete these checks within 5 days. We would naturally be concerned if you have been party to legal proceedings for debt, but it does not mean your application would be automatically declined.
For over 60 years we have concentrated on the letting and management of good quality homes and premises for the small business. As property owners ourselves we believe we are more likely to be empathetic with your personal aspirations, rather than those to whom letting is just a side-line. We will be pleased to discuss with you the feasibility of your plans.

Being told you have "so much clutter" on an inspection for the flat you're renting even though they told us we couldn't put shelving up has been a highlight. We asked if we could years ago and and within an hour was told no. When I lost my rag because of her comments, she said they'd ask the owner but it'd take time as they have to write to her. So why the hell did you say no so quickly last time! Maddening.

Let me start off by saying these estate agents are not even worth the compulsory 1 star rating in order to post the review. I was renting a property of theirs and a leak occurred, I called them to report the leak and the employee I spoke to was very reluctant to do anything about it, I the tenant was expected to do the running around. The next day I had heard nothing from them and nothing had been done because who I spoke to "had not left any notes" - oh that's OK then. Whilst the property continues to deteriorate it took them over a week to act on a major leak which made the property I rented inhabitable.

They only began to act once I got in touch with citizens advice and found out my rights. Needless to say I had to vacate the property - they offered no compensation, not even an apology. It was even a struggle to get them to release my deposit. Beware!
