After a tricky start trying to renew my lease with a new tenant, Martyna took over handling our negotiations and was absolutely fantastic. Completely professional and reassuring the whole way through, she was honestly much needed at an incredibly stressful time. She completed our negotiations and always made herself available to answer any queries/ squash any issues as soon as possible. 5 stars simply for Martyna.

Renting a property can be challenging, especially in London. The team at Outlook are like most companies, pretty good at most things and have tried their hardest to offer services throughout the pandemic - naturally we would have loved a little more attention from the whole team at times but they have a superstar amongst them called Charlotte. She has been absolutely phenomenal during the 18 months we rented via Outlook.
Always attentive and responsive even via her own emails, which i know is not the way they would ordinarily want us to liaise with their team. I head up a support function myself and her customer service is exemplary and will be an asset to any organisation. Other team members could learn from her and that is the reason why it is 4 stars not 5 or could have been 3. She is a star

Do not use them. I would give 0 if I could. Also, previously when we have attempted a negative review they then appeared to flood their Google with positive reviews to hide them so don't ignore this. There are not enough words to explain the terrible experience we have had with the Outlook Stratford branch. On every level. Ultimately it has lead to an ombudsman complaint having followed their complaints procedures at each of the three stages but I will try to summarise.
We are landlords of a flat in Stratford and used the full property management 'service', while one of us lived abroad and to make life easier (ha!). Unfortunately we had tenants who were unable to pay their rent due to job losses during the pandemic. Luckily for us, we had paid for warranty to cover the payments which Outlook sorts using paragon. Unluckily for us, Outlook felt no need to chase any payments for us.
We received no rent from May until the money started dripping in a couple of hundred at a time in October. Despite paying them management fees for three years, they had no desire to proactively help us and just gave us terrible customer service. We would always be the ones initiating contact via weeks and months of phone calls, with no receipt of money and excuses given such as systems are 'down'/the cheques got lost in the post/the cheque is on its way etc etc.
When we did finally receive one cheque from the warranty company, credit control took the full four months worth of management fee, leaving us with very little to cover the outstanding mortgage. This was despite their poor service causing delays at the time and formal complaints being made. Since then, we have probably had to chase each warranty payment about ten times before it is received and we are still owed money.
This is despite the tenant moving out in mid November. Outlook use paragon to provide warranty cover (who won't deal with you directly by the way). They use the dated payment methods of cheques which are sent around from office to office before finally being sent via bank transfer to your bank account. This to me in itself is bizarre, so if you get this service be ready to wait a while!
Even now, we aren't sure exactly what is outstanding, as the credit control team have gone radio silent on us as the tenant is no longer in the property and they didn't complete their job while the tenant was there. They have provided one unreadable breakdown, following nearly six weeks of chasing, which was ultimately incorrect. Away from credit control, we also had problems while the tenant was still there.
While rent wasn't being received and the tenant had given notice to leave, we requested an inspection that wasn't completed for well over a month and regularly encountered issues with delays with completing our requests. I am sure noone checked on the state of the property for over a year, with the tenant being found to have a bird living freely in the flat!
For a previous tenant, we didn't hear from them for a year as they were using the wrong email, so where we thought they were doing a great job and the tenants had no issues, actually they hadn't bothered picking up the phone. If you do decide to go with outlook, be careful. Make sure you ask for their formal complaints procedure as that is the only way you get any attention.
There just seems to be no management ownership of issues, with high turnover of staff and new employees regularly being left to deal with what turned in to a complex case and what appeared little clue as to how to resolve it. The only interest in helping us we ever received was in the one or two weeks following a complaint, before they fell back in to ignoring our emails and calls again. I hate to have to do this, I just dont want others to fall in to the traps that we have! There MUST be better out there!

Big shout out to Sukhi, Gintare, Omar and Martyna who helped rent out my property within the week it was advertised for asking price (giving me some offers above asking). They advised me honestly and got the tenants moved in within 2 weeks of me approaching them! Thank you to property management team, Emily and Kennedy who helped set up my gas certificate and pointed me in the right direction for the other licences.
Thanks to Shareen, Jean and Jordan who helped with my electric certificate and gave me up to date advice on how to register my deposit with the DPS and how quickly i should do it (its within 28 days btw people!) Thanks so much for helping rent out my property guys. Initially went for a let only service but their ruthless efficiency has convinced me to go fully managed. Highly recommend! :)

I recently sold my house via Outlook and they have been fantastic. Great communication throughout the process and gave me good advice when I needed it. I can't give enough praise for Outlook Stratford, they're professional, friendly, and really helpful. They went above and beyond to find my partner and I our lovely flat. Before we came to Outlook this felt like an impossible task, but not only did they make it possible, they made it easy. 10/10 Fully recommend.
