The team at Wren have ran a seamless process for us to secure the apartment we wanted. Anthony, who showed us around the flat on short notice was extremely knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy, allowing us to come to a decision ourselves and answering any questions we had. From then, Hollie has kept us in the loop with everything going on, even dropping an email to nudge guarantors and references. Highly recommend the team here - Thanks for all the help and cannot wait to move in.

Had a positive experience with this letting agent; they are quick to get back to me (a rare quality in Lettings agents it seems!) and are quite helpful with issues with the flat. I would suggest that they could be a bit smoother with checking flats for issues and resolving them between lets as they get new tenants in quite quickly, but in my experience they've been good at resolving issues in place when I move in. Hopefully the moving out process will be as smooth!

I've been living in a flat managed by Wren for the last three years and they are easily the best lettings agents I've ever dealt with. Their staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful (something that is often lacking in that industry). Being good tenants who always paid on time, and kept the property in good condition, we didn't think we'd have to fear losing our deposit after living in the property for 2 years. We thoroughly cleaned the house, but had missed a couple of areas ie the odd skirting board and a fire place fixture that needed a dust. For this they charged us 190 for cleaning fees, plus a further 150 for the weeds that had grown in the garden.

We recently moved down to Manchester and had a small window to come down to look for apartments. Wren have been amazing from the start- they fitted us in last minute for a viewing, allowed us a second viewing at short notice and have been so friendly throughout. Hollie has been wonderful through the whole process and is very responsive to any issues we have in the property. Would highly recommend!

Awful service emailed about a property they manage where a 30ft tree has fallen down into neighbours property and no response from them. Would put me off using them either to let from them or use them as a managing agent

I booked appointments with them for viewings 3 times. The first time I went to the apartment and I was waiting 30 minutes with no response to my phone calls. After 30 minutes they finally answered and said that they have had received a deposit for the house and it wasn't available. They didn't even bother to let me know before the appointment. I decided to give them another chance because I liked another apartment and booked again.

Long story short the agent never showed up on time and I was told that there was a misunderstanding with the appointments. Had to wait in the cold again for at least 30 minutes. Last time and final I booked again and I thought on the day of the viewing to call and confirm the appointment just in case something had gone wrong again. The lady I spoke with said that she didn't have anything booked with my name and that she never spoke to me. I took hours off from work to view the apartments and all I got was a rude attitude from the employees. A disappointment.

I would like to share my experience of Wren properties. I moved into a Wren property four weeks ago and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff are professional, respectful and they listen. I have to point out four staff members that I have had dealings with. Lorraine, Lauren, Paul and Liam are first class in their treatment of me.

When one moves into a new home obviously extra things need doing to my taste. Nothing was a problem for the four staff members mentioned above. I intend to stay in my lovely home for many happy years to come. I would highly recommend Wren properties to anyone wanting to find a new home.
