The Accommodation Centre is an independent family run property management and lettings agency specialising in housing for students and professionals in and around South Manchester. We have spent a happy 18 months in a lease with the Accomodation Centre and cannot fault them, they have always been helpful and proactive in getting anything with the property fixed as well as very pleasant and reasonable to deal with.Dominic especially has been a wonderful estate agent to deal with, very professional and a person that really looks after his tenants!

The Accommodation Centre and has been operating in and around South Manchester for over 30 years since 1987. We started out by specialising in student accommodation and then moved into flats and houses for professionals. More recently we have moved into covering commercial property. During that time we have become a well established family business.

We rented a property through the Accommodation Centre for just short of 6 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Whenever we needed something fixing or changing, they would respond very quickly and provide the fix/change in a timely manner, and they were always very polite and easy to communicate with. I lived in a property managed by AC for two years and the whole team was very responsive and helpful - all maintenance issues were fixed as soon as possible, and communal areas of the building were regularly cleaned and maintained. Over the lockdowns they were understanding of issues such as home working effecting wear and tear, and our deposit was returned quickly. Friendliest property managers I've experienced.

Quick and easy application process. Helpful staff to guide you through any queries before moving in. Once living in one of the properties the Accommodation Centre was always on hand and solved any of my worries about the apartment. I lived at one of their properties during the pandemic and despite having staff on different hours they were always helpful and understanding. Can't recommend them enough- especially as a young person (with a baby) Thanks guys!

A truly excellent accommodation service. Really helpful, friendly and supportive staff, who respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently. Sizable living spaces that are affordable and well-furnished. Very few maintenance issues, but those cropped up where dealt with in a very timely manner. I lived in an Accommodation Centre property for 4.5 years and really valued the staff who managed the property.

This is a joke. I am surprised they've got 3.9 reviews. should be 1. I've showed my interest towards one of their flats and they texted me same day and we've booked a viewing for the next day. I messaged one of their staff members couple of hours prior to our viewing and he confirmed it to me. We finally arrived and I tried calling the agent, but my call would go to voicemail, then after constantly calling him for 5 minutes he finally picked up and said the flat is already taken and acting surprised saying "didn't you just got my text saying that? " Ridiculous, you've confirmed the viewing 2hours ago and now when I've arrived you are telling me you actually texted me saying it is taken? Can't believe this

Absolutely useless company, happy for you to book time off work for a viewing despite you saying you would haplily pay the deposit to secure the property straight away, and then wait until 5 minutes before the viewing after travelling that they had given the property elsewhere and didnt think it was a good idea to inform me. Absolute waste of time. Avoid

The agency is a joke, they told us the hardest thing is to pay the rent but the hardest thing is to come and fix something as I rent an apartment 6 months now and they came to fix a hole 6 days ago, they leave us to live with mouse 2 months now after I told them I won't pay the rent they came to fix the hole. The worst agency ever, 700 pounds a month to live with mouse.

I went to view a flat and written T&C was sent (by my request only) after the holding money was paid. They didn't send the written T&C before all actions. What they do was wrong and unprofessional, so be careful in dealing with this company and the landlord called Philip Crawford. The landlord Phil Crawford show the property only 2 mins and rushing us around. Very unprofessional.

I am renting a flat from The Accommodation Centre at the moment. It is a continuous nightmare. The flat is not well insulated and the materials they use are the cheapest. I spent last winter without heaters, it took them 3 months to fix the problem. The Energy Performance Certificate is not updated and each month costs 200 of heating (for 6 hours a day only) instead of 40 as the certificate shows. Now there is a leak from the roof and they cannot fix it because they can't access.it's ridiculous.

I had an interaction with a member off staff called Louis this morning who was incredibly rude and unprofessional - I won't be looking to rent with this company anytime soon Update - I asked if the cost per month was negotiable they responded by saying "this isn't social housing" and to "stop wasting their time" Also note that they're lying about their google review score on their website - Avoid this company.

I rented a property through the accommodation centre on two separate occasions over a period of 4 years. Cannot recommend them or their properties enough, they're responsive to your queries and they provide good value for money. House was well replenished and they always deal with any issues that occur straightaway. Best letting company I have used.

We had a year long student tenancy with Accommodation Centre and would highly recommend! Karen and Dominic were both fantastic, friendly and were very much on top of any problems we had with the flat. The whole place was thoroughly refurbished and decorated prior to moving, in which was a great addition to an already lovely and very cheap flat! Thank you Accommodation Centre.

I rented with Accommodation Centre for 2 years and was delighted with the service I received. If we had any issues with the flat, they would arrange for someone to come that day or the next day to fix the problem. I was very reluctant to leave in the flat in the end, but I was relocating to another city. Great company!

My partner and I rented with Accommodation Centre for just over a year and we can safely say that they were brilliant. Any problem we had was chased up and sorted out right away. Would definitely recommend young professionals to contact Accommodation Centre as they were extremely understanding of our situation when we first moved to Manchester.

I rented with the accommodation centre for just over a year and from the very beginning to the end they were reliable, effecient and friendly. In particular, Dominic often helped us out and was very quick to resolve any issues that arose. It was comforting to know that Dominic was always at the end of the phone or email and would always answer in a friendly and professional manner.
