Great Service from Mike, he really helped us a lot on sorting out our moving to Manchester from London, I emailed almost every single office in Manchester to help us find a flat but no one could help us and actually they never got back to us with options but we were lucky Mike phoned us straight away once we applied and was very professional and helpful he saved us all of the stress and I would recommend Manlets agency to anyone to rent from them, definitely the best agent in Manchester.

I had the misfortune of a very unprofessional encounter with Andy Dixon who spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner. I enquired about a new rental property and was spoken down to and belittled. Though Mike was more professional, I was appalled at the terrible service overall. All I could think of was; if this company was such a headache before letting, how much more difficult would these agents make my life after signing a lease?

There is no replacement for civility and professionalism and the way Manlets agents conducted themselves was a terrible representation for the company as a whole. I would avoid and go with someone more serious and professional!

I like that you get to know everyone at Manlets in person. Staff all super cool and friendly. They have just helped me arrange the easiest move in history in a couple of weeks.

I have been using Manlets to manage the renting of my city centre apartment for over 10 years, until it was sold recently. Throughout that time they have provided a friendly, professional and effective service at a reasonable cost. They have managed to find new tenants very quickly and often managed to increase rentals in line with the market. From queuing at a locksmith outside of office hours to ensure the tenants had an extra set of keys for the move-in day, to quickly identifying and arranging for minor repairs to be carried out, the service has been excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I've dealt with numerous estate agents in Manchester and Manlets are by far the best. A small, personable team of helpful and honest staff. The big firms in the city tend to be slippery characters who will do anything they can to swindle some money from you - after nearly 4 years with Manlets this has never been the case.
