The UK's national housing crisis has never commanded so much coverage, and rightly so. In 2020, Adderstone Group launched its dedicated social housing division, Adderstone Living, to make its contribution towards tackling the crisis by building affordable and extra care housing solutions. Adderstone team worked really hard to get us into our new offices on time and during difficult covid restrictions. The Baker's Yard site offered us better space and allowed us to tailor the layout to our needs. The office sets us up in a good position for our future growth. - Update - 1 year 3 months into our lease we still have outstanding issues relating to unitemised and high electricity charges, poor heating, poor insulation. Our repeated requests for action and clarity are still being ignored.

On behalf of Pegasus Group Ltd - Adderstone have been excellent to deal with throughout from the initial viewing, through legal agreement to fit out completion. The spec and finish of the office alterations is second to none and they have dealt with any issues that have arisen promptly. Gainsborough House is a fabulous venue in the prime City Centre location.

Moved out two months ago or so. This company absolutely does not care about the well being if its tenants. The constant rent increases are sickening. The property that was posted was completely misrepresented. I was shocked at just how awful the place was compared to the pictures that were posted. Plus they tried to extract more rent from me for "insufficient rental history" even though I had great history from a place that I was in for 8 years. Stay away from this company - anything else is better.

Have rented 2 properties from Adderstone for nearly 4 years now and opening a new venture at site no 3. They have been very helpful setting up my businesses and have helped me refurbish the properties to a very high standard. Really lovely team of staff especially Charlie who is always a phone call away when I need something.

Working in a positive, forward-thinking environment allowed me to apply theory from my previous two years at university to 'real-world' projects and to develop my technical and professional skills. I had the pleasure to be involved with Adderstone Group via a Newcastle University work placement scheme, which lasted over three months. It was a fantastic, hands-on experience that helped me enhance my relevant skills and work experience. In addition, the work atmosphere and corporate culture helped me adapt seamlessly to the new environment.
